    Move everything to @EE they said, we never go down. Right now I cannot even use their website, as soon as I can login I am checking cancellation dates. Very sad, I thought EE had changed.

    @EE Seems to working again now but was without service for 2.5 hours for not the first time this year causing me to not be able to work. Very frustrating when everyone in my household are EE customers.

    @EE I’m having struggles login to my account. It says you’re updating your security and for me to change my password but then won’t send out the email for me to change it? Help please 🥲

    @EE tried logging in to the My EE app today and it said some security settings have been updated then asked me to log in using my password again, then said "There seems to be a problem" and advises to close the app and reopen. Error code A4.58.0
