@EE are you not going to bother replying? I still have "emergency calls only", this has been the case for 3 days straight now. I am a woman living alone, I depend on having a working phone connection for my safety. When will this be fixed?

@EE When i keep saying i do not like sale customer calls, why do you keep trying to piss me off and make me leave? I say no and your sales people just keep trying to push. If you really think you can save me money, send me an email, and i will go into a store when i have time.

@CConceptCreator @LoverOfTechBA @EE It's still learning usage patterns. Samsung phones are awful battery life when that's happening. I nearly sent my note 20 ultra back b3cause of how poor it was. That's sort of usage time with the AI running is pretty good going

@EE Mobile broadband in East Ayrshire is down! (KA3). Your site says ‘recent problems, now fixed…’. They aren’t! Was promised 30mb signal, but get 5-10mb 90% of time, with regular crashes to 1-2mb. Not even close to good enough…

@EE That sounds like a follow up query to a message that you forgot to send... The primary issue has been resolved now, but there remains the question of poor customer service. I have put in a complaint through your webform though, so we shouldn't need to go over it here as well.

@EE anything wrong with the network in Knaresborough HG5. Trying to log onto phone app and EE router, but nothing working it won’t let me in to check data etc… saying I’m temporarily locked out for 20mins. Phone lines not open either. Need phone for work!!
