  @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care

  @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.
