@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE what's the deal with visual voicemail for @Android? Why are we being treated like 2nd class citizens behind @Apple. Surely you treat all your customers equally right?

@EE So with this continued investment why do I need WiFi calling to be able to make a call in my house for the last 5 years and why can I barely get 4G? Just another company jumping on the insane price increases bandwagon and not caring about customer loyalty.

@SafferTheGaffer @EE Even @tescomobile are putting up costs (use O2 network). I stayed with them as they made a big thing about NOT putting up costs mid contract. Can't afford to upgrade my phone so am hit by the price rises. Seems no MNO cares about their customers anymore, only their shareholders.

@EE what disgusting treatment to your customers. Been a loyal customer for many many years, now a 14.4% price increase in a time that is difficult for all is nothing more than profiteering. Only a month in to my new 2 year contract as well is an absolute kick in the teeth.
