@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@Alex34599534 @EE Exactly they should reimburse and allow to terminate the contract! Clearly the network is overloaded since lockdown which is an issue the provider is responsible for.

@EE and @MarcAllera 2 days trying to get a resolution after #EE sent me an email stating they have received the upgraded phone and are happy Yet #EE still refuse to give me back the £550 taken out of my account. Solicitor now instructed and the bill for #EE will be £3,000+.

@EE another day another no Internet connection from EE which has been going one from 1 month, ..everyone I talked to gave me a different answer to what the problem could be the final phone call with customer service they said: you need to upgrade..so your best solution

@EE ‘s customer service is ****! £600 phone bill due to their mistake .. threatening emails and text messages! 3 months worth of aggravation.. safe to say I won’t be renewing my contract with them at the end of it 😡😡😡

@officialsouthn @EE Yes actually they insisted the Internet is stable which is not at all ,and insisted to many devices are connected but they are the same ones I had connected for the last 3 years..I mean 2-3h of Internet during the day if I'm lucky and they're solution is upgrading 1/2

@officialsouthn @EE You to ,I'm in W1 and since 4 weeks the Internet has been working so badly, we got 3-4h of Internet a day if we were lucky, I don't know what solution they gave me but after 5 calls to customer service and chatting on twitter the solution they gave me is upgrading
