@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

EE Broadband nightmare: Flashing orange light for days. Engineer came out, didn’t even check the line – just said “new hub.” New hub arrives… STILL not working. What’s going on @EE? No TV No Broadband No Landline NO HELP
