@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE £58 or trade in for my upgrade or come back in 7 days......come on EE as a supposed "valued customer" for the sake of a week, the 10+years I've been with you /T-Mobile surly that could be waived.....nope not in store 🙄
