@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Top tip for companies: don't just offer phone for your customers to get in touch with you. Customers who struggle with phones (like me, with my terrible hearing) will give up and take their custom elsewhere. Email really isn't hard to offer in 2021. @ee

We were not granted permission by customer services to enter her account as she wasn’t able to provide the first two letters of her ‘secret question’ answer, bcos she can’t read/write, and wudn't accept me providing answer. Yet @EE happy for her sign 9 contracts in 2 years? 2/5

@EE My home post code is HU8 9ES and another postcode I have issues with is HU7 4RX. Couple months a go I had a sim card replacement made just incase it was that. I've had my phone fully reset and restored to latest updates. And also my friend who's on EE is having the same issues.
