@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE asking how much I earn yearly before tax before they'll give me upgrade options... Haha and then when I refused they quickly found upgrade options but couldn't match my current price (or close to it) been a loyal customer for 15 years... Time to switch I think

Hey @EE @bt_uk you have some incompetent staff at your customer service centres, I’ve been passed back and forth to the wrong departments and wasted two hours on the phone with idiots. I was misled by your sales advisors and been told incorrect information???

@EE unable to get any reception in the New Royal Liverpool Hospital, as there are no signal boosters for your network. O2 and Voda are all fine. Will this be sorted out or do I have to change networks?

@mortonmassive @Apple @EE The phone tells me I have full signal. I have line of sight across to an aerial about 1.5km away. It doesn’t drop like a signal problem, it just goes silent and eventually “call failed”

So, after months of waiting, I finally get a GP phone appointment to discuss HRT and guess what, @EE signal is down and I can't make or receive calls. How flipping typical. I have to drive to the surgery to tell them I can't make a phone appt that I actually wanted face to face.

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.
