    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE Hi, is it normal for a £165 bill for equipment being returned, added to the bill in advance of receipt of the equipment. £165 charge, reduce the cost by £65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support

    @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

    @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u

    Complaint ID29651411 now reported closed - you have not yet processed the SAR request it contains. @EE customer service is beyond a joke!

    @crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

    @EE for a week now had constant issues with my internet going down 3-4 times a day for a period of time paying 90 quid a month for a service im not recieving since being with ee problem after problem

    @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.
