@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE your network coverage around Canary Wharf remains appalling. Having 5G reception but no Internet connectivity isn't a good look at all. It was bad two years ago and still bad today. What gives?

Still not good enough from @EE looked into my issue and I explained how integral my phone signal is to my business and that having no signal at work has an adverse effect! They still want a cancellation fee!

@madebyburton @EE We started the contract in January, so it depends on exactly what the grounds might be for getting released. If they repeatedly solve the issue and offer compensation then it's not clear.
