    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE And that is useless too. Told it I want to pay my bill, it took me to the sign in page then took me right back to the chat with a message saying "You cannot type right now". Get your act together ffs, this is ridiculous.

    @EE When asked if I want to talk to someone and I follow the prompt, the call ends with an instruction to wait for further messages to guide me on how to get further support. The message doesn’t arrive, nor do I get a call back.

    @EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?
