  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
