@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE if Im a VIP customer don't bother getting your sales team to ring me on a Saturday offering a tablet at 72p extra on my bill then tell me at the end once you have me recored saying yes to your questions that the total is actually £22.50 extra on my bill!

@EE when a company like EE screws up spectacularly it's worth highlighting... 1st April tried leaving EE 10days to unlock our phone!! So I call again 10th April to receive an apology its not happened WTF. Am I now going to move other accounts? Yep hello Vodafone/Virgin.

@EE No dont have one hooked up at the moment. There is a broadband signal it's just too weak to use for anything, I can connect to router over WiFi.
