    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE Yes I think so, well we spoke on the phone to someone at EE. It's just that I had a notion that the unlocking number I had a few months ago might be valid although now I u/s it's not. Thank you for your help. If we don't hear anything soon I'll DM you. Have a great weekend.

    @EE @Bt 3 Month with Out Mobile network on 2G and 4G and not willing to fix the issue make full road who is on EE/Bt without and not able call love one or work you after wait until you going shopping about 1.2 miles away?👨‍🔧

    @PeterSangster1 @EE they are awful still charge for device after contract up , don't acknowledge when you give months notice nor send PuK.. now telling me that the charges are correct and i have to give a month from now.
