@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE It’s home broadband. Husband has been on the phone to your support team but we have just been offered upgrade. Twice as much money & not unlimited. So think we will pass on that.Whatever we do we can’t get a decent evening broadband service. Can’t stream Can’t bank can’t Wassap

@EE - It's been an awful service I can never get through , some guy apparently spoke to me for 2 hours and made me change my bt contract but I never got any of the new bt WiFi stuff / equipment he promised me it's been a total shambles. Not even sure it was all genuine now.
