    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

    @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

    @Ofcom why is @EE able to suspend my phone despite asking repeatedly to set up a direct debit? Followed all their requests. Spent a whole day on the phone. Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!

    @EE broadband down about 6 times over the last 3 days. Poor service. Has meant no internet and not able to watch TV as your TV service runs through Broadband! Not a happy household

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @O2 @EE I’ve been in #Newark town centre most of today and signal on both of your SIM cards have been atrocious!! You really need to focus on improving signal around Newark! It’s awful!!

    @EE please can you help urgently. You sent me a sincerely called me today and my phone won’t work. I have called 150 on another phone which useless. What do I do
