    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

    Hey @EE I'm currently in the US and unable to send text messages. Everything else works. I spoke with your first and second line helpdesk and unable to fix. Where do I go now to get this resolved.

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service
