    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.

    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.
