  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE how do I cancel my broadband? My bill isn’t due until the 27th yet you decide to disconnect my broadband at 10pm, meaning I can’t even call EE. Then you disable my router from even connecting to devices in my home such as a WiFi printer!!! WTAF! 😡

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  @EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!

  @EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks

  Have been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day
