@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  • YorksHillbilly

@EE what's the deal with visual voicemail for @Android? Why are we being treated like 2nd class citizens behind @Apple. Surely you treat all your customers equally right?

@darrengrimes_ @EE BT used to be a publicly owned company but your friends sold it off. The said competition would bring prices down. The increase is due to higher RPI because of your mates. How’s that working out for you

  • sloopybeyu
    Boyo (@sloopybeyu) reported

@EE Is your online down can’t log in to my application

  • JasonBe24873949
    BeachLife (@JasonBe24873949) reported

@darrengrimes_ @EE Never known companies actually contractually linking any price increase to the rate of inflation (Three do the same). Inflation is made up of a basket of items. This is just price gauging and most will just accept it. Shop around it’s not that difficult to move these days.
