@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE My 10GB of data just disappeared off my phone. Any chance there has been a system error? Got an 80% usage sms then all gone in less than 5 minutes while on wifi. Pls help

@Ofcom I’m sure their T&C’s cover what happened, they issue alerts before your data runs out, yet an international dialling bundle, I get an alert two hours after it’s been used up. Hence one phone call costing £52! @EE
