    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE really poor signal strength since weds/thurs. mast at golf course looking decidedly dodgy.I take it you still haven’t resolved its issues? LL49 9YA

    @EE what's the deal with visual voicemail for @Android? Why are we being treated like 2nd class citizens behind @Apple. Surely you treat all your customers equally right?

    hi @EE any news on when problems in HA4 (Ruislip, UK) will be fixed? it has been over a month. was told last weekend that it is going to be fixed this week.

    @EE can you tell me how in 2021 that even though we pay you 200 pound a month in mobile contracts and internet! You don’t have to provide us with a service that enables our children to access a zoom call for school? Or myself teach a lesson without paying another £50 a month?

    @EE My base intention was to upgrade and stay another 24 months, however the appalling service provided a different outcome.

    @EE having been an EE customer for years I find it disappointing that new customers get offered better deals than existing ones. I get why but you need to be looking after loyal customers better! #ee

    @EE Looking for Apple Watch. Nothing on the app/store website to help. Customer service team dreadful and no help and cut the phone call off

    @EE I upgraded my I phone over a week ago but my BT app hasn’t worked since changing over despite it still being a service Included. I have rang three times and it’s still not been resolved... apparently I’d get a call in 24 hours but not had that two days later. #notsatifactory
