@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE Had another nightmare exchange with EE Excutive Customer Relations. They really are very cruel people. No interest in customers. Just bullying people. Managers refuse to get involved or acknowledge any of my emails. It's an abusive situation. Degrading. I hate that they enjoy it.

@EE Hi Graham. Apologies for not replying, haven’t been on Twitter for a few days. No, still not able to gift data on my account. Was able to at the end of August (27th) but nothing since my allowances refreshed. Tried both the app and website to no avail. Are you able to help?

@EE your new app is horrible and very frustrating. I need to gift data to another number on my account. Was doable on the original app (even though it was clunky) at least you could get it done. This ridiculous app doesn’t even give you the option!

@EE Hi! BT Sport is one of the add-ins I have…what EE failed to tell me is that the app is incompatible with LG TVs, BT won’t let you watch it on a non-EE laptop and BT sport now doesn’t work with Safari so incompatible with iPhones. A very unhappy customer right now!

@EE I’d need about 5 x a4 pages to even explain the horrendous experience I’ve received from the 7 people I’ve had to speak to. There is no way this can ever be fixed seeing as I already raised a complaint and nothings even been done about it so I’ve gave up and walked away

@EE I have had the most awful experience with EE. I would be very cautious about taking any contract with EE. It their customer service - Excutive Customer Relations - don't expect respect or any decency from them. Worst comstomer experience in my life so far. Painful.
