@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE hi, my wife had a free trial of BT Sport which was due to end 17th May but she got a message saying if we don’t cancel it by then we will get charged. So we cancelled it thinking it’ll still work to the 17th and now can’t use it. Why’s this?

@EE They said they are unable to cancel the payment as it hasn't been fully charged to my account, and I should ask EE to cancel on their end, once they action this, the money will be removed from pending.
