During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

NathC (@Nath_Ceretti) reported@EE third time in a month I haven’t received call back that I have been promised. Total of 3 hours and 8 minutes on the telephone to you so far for zero result. Can’t imagine how you would treat someone who hasn’t had several contracts with you for years! Sort it out!
