@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Starting to loose all faith in @EE - phoned them today for help, the minute they realised they couldn't sell me a more expensive package - the girl just didn't care about anything I had to say. I've been their customer for years (after being transferred to EE via BT).

20 minutes on hold to @EE trying to speak to someone because I can’t cancel my contract in any other way. And the hold music is horrific! I imagine that if I wanted to become an EE customer they’d not make me wait this long.

ee really trying my patience. mobile signal has been practically non-existent for more than a week. Local Facebook reports 2 masts out locally for over a week. tried to log into my account 3 times, each times says passcode invalid. @EE with EE for phone broadband and 2 mobiles.
