    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE really poor signal strength since weds/thurs. mast at golf course looking decidedly dodgy.I take it you still haven’t resolved its issues? LL49 9YA

    @EE what's the deal with visual voicemail for @Android? Why are we being treated like 2nd class citizens behind @Apple. Surely you treat all your customers equally right?

    @EE @Brentwood_BC When is the lack of phone signal going to be sorted in the Kings Road Brentwood CM14, near the station?? Its been going on for far too long now!! how can u take down a mask on a building being built & not work out where it should be instead, lack of planning!

    @EE I have a rcs chat messages issue on a s21+, it's not verifying. @SamsungUK say I need a new sim card? It eas working on the current sim car in that handset can you get a techy person to help please.....

    @EE sick of having a 5G compatible phone and only have 3G signal at my home and paying stupid prices for the pleasure of slow or non existing signal! sort it out ee!!
