    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

    @MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    @EE waiting for my new phone which should have been here yesterday but was a problem with your end. It was sent yesterday but I don't have an order number to track it fully. How do I get this please? I got the text from DPD but it's just stuck at Morley Depot.

    @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?
