    EE Mobile....Well well. So the transfer of accounts bt technical support has left us with two mobile phones that cannot receive or send calls. How can I contact you ? .@EE

    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE really poor signal strength since weds/thurs. mast at golf course looking decidedly dodgy.I take it you still haven’t resolved its issues? LL49 9YA

    @EE Good Evening, I hope this finds you happy and well. I’m an ee customer and have been for a number of years. First I’d question why a leading communication based company has no way for customers to email complaints but offers a postal option?
