@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE I ordered a new phone and am very disappointed that it has no plug charger, earphones and even the USB supplied is not a USB cable but has phone connection either end! I'd like to return please and cancel my contract.

Looking to see where I cut down monthly costs, figured maybe my @EE phone bill could be an area as a lot of other sim only plans are a cheaper, only to find out it'll cost me over £300 to get out a sim only contract 😐 Absolutely BS way to stongarm people into staying.

@EE Been with your Broadband for 6 years mobile phone contract 12 years. I can't use your services anymore as the place I'm moving to already has EE broadband and you want to charge me £164 to cancel. I am furious with this level of service for a exemplary customer of yours.

I swear @EE are doing everything they can to get one over on me. Jumping through hoops and submitting forms and ringing numbers just to be told I have to wait 72 hours every time I send an email. By the time I cancel my contract will be a year gone…

@EE I am an original orange customer who EE took over I am also in receipt of free internet because EE took over freeserve of which I was a customer now I can’t stream anything they want to charge me
