    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE @KatyKimberley we've just cancelled our EE wifi! worst mistake using them - internet is so inconsistent and if it goes down, all our mobiles are with EE too!
