@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE The trouble is one tries all these things and looks up the instructions on the internet and does EXACTLY what is asked and still the problem is not sorted out and this doesn't just apply to mobile phones.

@EE I just want to know why the signal is and always has been very poor in these areas. Is your company switching off or lowering the output on your masts in certain areas? No DMs, I just want a straight answer from your hierarchy.

@EE Can we have the contract cancellation details please? I’ve been an EE/T-mobile customer since about 2001 but you don’t want my straight white male custom. We’re just so full of hate that you can’t possibly value us despite making up c40% pop. Where’s AndyM when you need him/her?
