@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE The upgrade pages on your website seem to be completely broken for second devices/lines. Clicking ‘see upgrade options’ just cycles endlessly to the same ‘My Shop’ screen.
