  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?

  @EE it is absolutely staggering at how incompetent your company is at this point and how badly you treat your customers! Miss selling me products on multiple occasions and despite offering me a refund, i haven’t received it, and funnily enough now there is no record of my refund

  @EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky

  Spent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

  @MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.

  @EE Just talked to Dylan who has told us the contract cant be cancelled until its been installed ! Another agent Taylor told us this morning it had been cancelled? This is shambolic. So open reach have to install fibre cable and set everything up before the pensioner can cancel?
