  @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.

  @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

  @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.
