    @Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

    @EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

    Hello @EE I’ve been disconnected from broadband internet due to a reported issue with the connection by Openreach. Being three days now without access to work and a potential job loss around the corner, I’ll like to know the update on this issue. Please see the screenshot below for additional context.

    @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

    @AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.

    @EE what's going on with the internet/wifi in my area? (Ta6) Its been down all day. Ive been using my data. The time keeps changing when its getting 'fixed' we should have a month's discount. I pay for it and cant even use it.
