@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

Bad service from @EE, my phone does not even turn on and after losing almost 3 hours of my life on the online chat & a wasted trip in store I have been sent a link to book the repair in myself, this could have been sent this morning. I just want my @SamsungMobile working again!

@EE I’ve had no signal in my home for three days now. I can’t use my phone unless i drive 3+ miles out of my village which is useless. Will you be compensating customers for this outage?

@EE I pay £60 a month and connecting to ee Internet has been diabolical this last few weeks, took phone it to be looked at as it is burning up when trying to connect to internet, got a new sim card put into old phone and still having problems connecting what is going on....

@EE Yeah it happened on all browsers across my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro so I think it’s a hosting issue.

@EE Thanks for reaching out Sarah. Frustrates that my (expensive) phone doesn’t work as a phone - surely it’s primary purpose - quite regularly. Drops calls, no signal etc.
