Beyond disappointed that @EE are reintroducing roaming charges on new contracts. A kick in the teeth after a difficult year, and the excuses for the change (‘reinvesting in the network’ etc) make it worse. Won’t be upgrading again, which is a pity given the good network in Wales.

@EE HI I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE!! I haven’t had service on my phone for the last 2 hours I’ve tried wiping the SIM card, restarting the phone and still no joy.
