    @EE @WoodUksparky137 This is why now being with EE(Orange) for 30 yrs I now buy my devices outright or have a payment plan with the manufacturer & just have a SIM only package as sorry EE but since taken over by BT you are no longer the company you once were just now only offer the best network

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not yours. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

    @EE I’ve tried ringing and I’ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. It’s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!
