  @EE I will do this tomorrow :) thanks. Don’t know where I stand, as I know water damage isn’t covered, but it truthfully hasn’t had any water damage so I don’t know if there’s a broken sensor or something like that?

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  @EE That's my whole point, there is no where to find any help. Every month I try to pay, and every month I get an error. No point sending me a generic message.

  @AJHobbsy @EE Totally agree, the CX is terrible. Getting a phone from EE is great, the team on the phones are brilliant Once a phones goes wrong and you walk in to a store.. they are horrendous. Once they work out you're not there to increase their revenue they pass you around. #EE #Bullring

  @EE How long does it take you to deal with complaints? sitting here with a potentially damaged iphone after my new order dropped thru letterbox after me paying DPD service they used Royal Fail ! and now nobody from @EE wants to talk to me but bet they’ll take the DD next week!

  @EE another day goes by and still no resolution- your organisation really is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to have a service forced on me that isn’t fit for purpose, I’m fed up with sorry, I’m fed up of the whole damn saga - your service deserves every single one of these piles and yrs It’s now 18 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
