    Why itโ€™s taking THIS long for @EE to contact @WeAreOpenreach and send an engineer to finish an installation job is beyond me. Iโ€™m (pessimistically at this point) asking for help to finally get this done so that we can have internet access in our home. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Once your contract term is done the service on @EE becomes poor. I've experienced it every time my contract runs out. Despite still paying for the service on a rolling contract. Why is that?

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying ยฃ48.11 per month. Not an additional ยฃ24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

    yet another day wasted and no support from @EE calling 150 with a texting issue thatโ€™s been going on for months with no promised call from tech support in 15 mins what a joke you are ! You canโ€™t respond to their BS texts if your texting issue intermittent ๐Ÿ™„
