1/2 Awful customer service from @EE been a loyal customer with them for more than 15 years and when asked to leave a pay as you go contract 6 months early due connectivity issues making it impossible to speak to clients. They will not consider waving the £100 fee!

@EE Myself, wife and friends in West Cumbria are having problems with slow 4G. We all used to have good download speeds and it was quick but over the past few months it’s been terrible. Spoke to EE and they suggested it was my phone but it can’t be if lots of others are affected!

@EE I don’t use your service for calls I have a 4G router and I’ve been without internet access since this afternoon. Why aren’t you being honest with customers about the outage? How long will it take to resolve?
