@EE There’s a large broadband outage in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow. This is affecting people in the G31 area - myself included. It looks like BT think this will be a long fix and are providing 4G dongles to their customers. Will EE be providing something similar?

. @EE over an hour on chat a manager Subhashish. Phone bill more than doubled. Telling me its an apple subscription, (with an incorrect code) that apple have no record of, not shown up on any of my bills. Now on third person to talk with. Terrible customer service.

@EE I have sent a web form of complaint over explaining every problem I’ve had with EE. It’s very long, as there are a minimum of 10 things that have happened. It should be on record & I’m still waiting for a reply back. I just wanted to highlight the terrible service I’ve received.
