  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

  @totfinsol @EE @BradChuck Their app is shocking. I still cant link my device despite contacting them several times. Gone backwards in customer service. Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!

  @EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

  @EE I had called 150, £67.49 was the best price you could reward a loyal customer. So they loyal customer get charge more for your new ones

  @EE @aliham84 Ours is now back on but as you say no information provided we had to call 2 days to ask if there was an issue as the app check your signal didn’t work!!

  @EE (2/2) I also pay £25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about £10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online
