Shout out to @EE . Ordered phone yesterday. Less than 24 hrs it's here! Great customer service & care.This was after I ordered same with @ThreeUK on 28/12/20. Never arrived. Excuses & misleading info every time. Then cancelled my order w/out notice.Tale of 2 Cos. @ThreeUKSupport

@EE I have internet with you and was left for a month with no broadband which left me with no phone as i have no signal in my house and i dont want this to happen again so want a company that can provide signal coverage within my house

@EE I went from an S10+ to and S21 Ultra. Google tells me a network refresh from yourselves would sort the issue

@EE is it your normal practice to send someone round to “set up” a new phone in the customer’s house? This seemed excessive and in the current climate incredibly irresponsible.
