@paulchowdhry @EE @btsport Download the bt app (if you are new customer) when registering it should give you option as EE customer. Fill in form then you should be good to go. Can take upto 24 hrs.

@EE Hi Chris, Yes it was a store I went to yesterday, and apparently there was a system issue so I couldn’t book in a repair or get a replacement phone. Someone was supposed to contact me when things were back up and running, but no-one has called. My phone has since worsened.

@EE Two chats and I can go to a different site and get cheaper off the shelf. In fact my current deal is more expensive than new deals with 5G and more data. I’m already on a bad deal. My 24 months are up so standard upgrade.
