    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    So @WeAreOpenreach have lost my neighbour's consent form twice and totally refuse to provide an explanation to @EE or me on what is going on. There is no way of contacting them or complaining, and no consequence for providing dreadful service, ordered fibre in May, still nothing

    @EE tried that - both on phone & online through app. Can’t make complaint as don’t seem to have an account set up for my Broadband. Been an EE customer for many years. I have full details of call on 1 July when I ordered broadband including full name of call handler but EE no help

    @EE I have been in touch that is my point. They have told me there is an issue in the area and engineers are working on it this weekend. So the text message makes no sense

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    @EE why is it virtually impossible to actually speak to a human person instead of your crap bots!! You charge people a fortune for monthly line rental yet you can't actually be bothered to employ people customers can speak to!!

    @DerekAllan61 @EE My wife and I buy brand new mobiles every 3 years (usually Xiaomi previous years model at knocked down price) and have our sim with Talkmobile. Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I too have had so many issues with EE/BT, spanning in excess of two and a half years. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

    Hey @EE I'm currently in the US and unable to send text messages. Everything else works. I spoke with your first and second line helpdesk and unable to fix. Where do I go now to get this resolved.

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!
