@VodafoneUK why not cut out the waste and let me speak to the 3rd party directly. Or if everything has a DIY approach why not save me some money and create a self service portal. Ridiculous that it’s still not sorted. Call @EE and say can you switch on VM and it’s done! No Faff!

@EE Three days and still not sorted, no human being available, absolutely terrible customer service, just constant texts that don’t resolve anything, I’ll be moving back to O2 after this, thank goodness my contract runs out in April

@EE ready to upgrade but why are your iPhone deals so expensive compared other providers? Sky are doing iphone 12 Pro 25gb for £50pm and iPhone 12 for £43. Ten year plus customer but dont see the reward if deals are nearly double the price 😬
