EE @EE is normally really good phone you call 150. It's usually a quick process and you hardly have to wait. Bit iv been hold for like 20-25mins now listening to music. Why is customer service and general service all going down hill and poor now. So frustrating.

@EE Hi, do you know why there is no 4G or 5G signal in Gravesend? I checked on your website and it said I should at least be getting 4G but there’s been no signal here since yesterday.
