    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive

    Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

    @EE you sure you’re the leading network in the UK cause you couldn’t cover a homeless person ! Sort out your “5G” literally have to rely on WiFi all the time

    @EE fellow employee here. Having real issues trying to buy a roaming pass in Greece. Have used the link you sent on sms when I arrived but it keeps denying connection. Have tried the app but it there's no link to buy on there either. Help pls!

    @EE why do you advise to contact you if you have issues then get a generic response! Network update: We couldn't find a problem in location:This may have been a one off and we recommend you restart your device. It’s not a one off!!

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service
