    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    @EE we have 6 days of intermittent services. Access to account challenging. EE have given another customer reimbursement of a monthly charge for a days interrupted service Another customers restrictions? Why?
