    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬

    @gary_mutimer @EE Total con. What's the use of being hassled by Plusnet to move to fibre broadband and getting a copper speed. Rank customer service. After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
