    @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really

    @EE Let down by what service - I really wish I’d had a service to be let down by - a 💩organisation doing what you do - voted ‘the best company 25 times’ in what universe was that ? Frustrated doesn’t even start to cover it.

    @EE nothing but bad service trying to get better price on broadband. Spent over 40 mins on phone and then wasted 1 hour 40 mins on online chat .. Trustpilot response lousy .. #poorservive #broadband

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @EE There is loads of issues UK wide from 10:30am, I’ve been on to EE since 10:30 this morning and they will arrange for an engineer to come out. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.
