    @LeilaniDowding @EE Yes, it’s usually days if it’s a bad storm and that’s in southern England and not that rural, my friend on a quieter month had no electricity for 2 weeks and no internet for a month the other year after a big storm.

    @EE @EE @Giftcloud got my physical card as the digital card doesn't work at all with a £5 fee. To make people aware and you aware this is chip and pin card only!

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @EE my daughter signed up for your broadband on the basis of getting an iPad for £100. She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.

    @hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
