    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @totfinsol @EE @BradChuck Their app is shocking. I still cant link my device despite contacting them several times. Gone backwards in customer service. Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!

    Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

    @EE I have already done this twice, both times it stopped working within 15 minutes of ending the call. Iโ€™d like to know if our next bill will reflect 3/4 days of no service? Currently having to use family members hotspot when they visit.

    @EE Thats the problem call 150 ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„ they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.

    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

    .@ee @eesupport Hello EE its marcel. Pls fix my broadband it is ruining my valorant gameplay and im gonna have 2 Explore my options if u make me lose RR again. When it disconnects it says broadband is disconnected even though ive changed nothing. Thx - marcel customer

    @EE @paulmatt86 This is the same for all uk mobile providers. In Croatia i can get a signal in the middle of the sea on my way to braฤ island but cant get a.signal in the Lake District
