    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡

    @EE I contacted you last week about a GDPR breach and this has still not been rectified. I’m still receiving multiple emails intended for another customer as my email address has incorrectly been registered to his new EE account and Netflix package. Sort this please!

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    @EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!

    @EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

    @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint
