@EE What a waste of time you can't get a reply on here and when your on the phone for over an hour on hold then they can't help you. ask to speak to a manager. To be then told basically he can't be arsed speaking too you by the call operator. What a network. Avoid EE for your crimbo.

Hey @EE, returned an esim back in September. Was told it takes time to refund. Yet it’s still on the account and we’re still paying for it. I have been in to the store who have re-requested a refund. Any help is appreciated.
