  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE Leave me alone EE, 2hr calls every month trying to sort your issue out only to be passed to someone else having to explain multiple times. Hopefully with @Ofcom help I will be able to terminate my contract early without charge.

  @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE
