    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

    I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

    12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!

    @EE your billing system is a bit broken?? Logged in to an "overdue " alert.. of MINUS 3 pounds, as in im in credit, yet big red note on my account. Paid 3quid, now 6 quid in credit. No biggie, but js letting u know

    @EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasn’t confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!

    @EE Why doesn't your signal work in the outskirts of hull, the signal doesn't penitrate my bungalow and or shops, I wasted money once and whatever your reviews says I know where I live it's not true. Mobile phone SIM companys should be liable for at least a guaranteed 4g+
