  @EE for anyone looking for home broadband, AVOID EE. Since renewing, laptops and mobile phones won't connect at all. They resolved this once for about a week, now happening again. Won't let us leave the contract and have spent weeks trying to make a complaint!

  @EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help

  @KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

  @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…

  Ordered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.

  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

  @EE Well just when you thought everything was sorted - you pile of 💩 as a company you absolutely stink - I’m being billed for a service I don’t yet have - My BT account when you morons took it over had TNT sports as a package and being as my Broadband had been sorted I naturally assumed - quite wrongly as it turns out - my sport package would also be working - but that’s far too simple - of course it’s not and now after 3 weeks I’ve got to wait even longer to get this service it turns out I have been billed for over the last 3 days - I asked your adviser I spoke to if I could speak to someone more senior about this and was told “Managers only manage people” so there’s no one to speak to and raise concerns as a customer - what a pile of 💩this organisation truly is - to say I have zero faith in any of you would be an over exaggeration - Useless doesn’t even begin to describe you all - voted the best service 25 times too - that claim need shoving where the sun doesn’t shine and I really wish I was the one to be shoving it - let’s see what you come up with as your sorry excuse / explanation this time shall we ??

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.
