    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE Hello I tried it in the Mifi I bought which is tied to a particular network it don’t work I put it in my iPhone it works that will do because I don’t have any broadband fibre optic ATM and am using my iPhone to connect to the internet as my Sky sim lost connectivity.

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach since we have had no service since the 14th August why don’t you pull your finger out and sort the issue out!! The client Journey has been a disgrace, lie after lie, I even got told I can’t speak to the cancellation team and I can’t cancel. @Ofcom

    @EE @DavidSu99220975 We had 4 day outage last week, we did all the chasing zero communication from EE and not an apology in sight!! “For 13 years running we are number 1 on customer service” I don’t think so!! Charged incorrectly for 12 months, “you haven’t chased it for a long time” 3 mths refund!

    @EE Gonna cost me £££££ maybe £20 to get a service you should provide for your customers who maybe just in this type of situation.

    @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
