    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @EE another day goes by and still no resolution- your organisation really is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to have a service forced on me that isn’t fit for purpose, I’m fed up with sorry, I’m fed up of the whole damn saga - your service deserves every single one of these piles and yrs It’s now 18 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

    @Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!

    Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis

    @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE
