    @EE i’m off EE having a better service being a long-term customer here and I’m paying 300 pound for my phone bill and now you’ve increased it by an extra 4 pound is very cheeky. I know April have an increase every April but as a long-term customer, should my bill get cheaper

    @EE I’ve checked the app & I can’t find a ‘live chat’ option; it just diverts me via various irrelevant subjects to either ‘in-store’ help (useless; I’m housebound) or “ask the community”. Don’t you take responsibility as a company for your own lack of security? #BadCustomerService

    @EE @EE genuinely feel like I’m being punked every time I try and resolve a minor issue (caused my your employees) because it’s that insane how hard they seem to be making simple requests

    3 calls to @EE & 2hrs spent trying to end my mobile contract & switch to PAYG. Rep said the switch would happen 29 March. It didn’t happen & I was charged £72.87 for April! It’s infuriating I can’t reach anyone reliable. Please HELP @EE #CustomerComplaint #customerservice #EE

    So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort
