    @EE can someone please contact me please as having trouble with my contract but can't ring as saying no sim card and this has already been fixed once

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

    @GothOnABrompton @EE thats why i never moved from Talktalk, as long as the costs are good, my speeds and cnnection work then **** all that mess transfering over to Virgin as i was going to only for friends to warn me off them

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.
