@EE today we had the manager of shop in Princess Street being rude, impolite and abusive. It is not acceptable and ##Katheryn shouldn't not be there in charge. Customer service at @ee is a disgrace and they aren't interested in respecting and keeping customers but just money!

@EE Any iPhone pro max 256gb still waiting for o2 to reduce my contract. I want to leave o2 due to woeful customer service and lack of understanding over my iPhone having a camera fault
