@EE hi EE please help my partner had her phone replaced through her insurance with you and the new phone has 80% battery life and dies after half a day, you can’t hear her on the phone properly and the screen keeps freezing.

@EE hated to be the one to interrupt the mobile game all 5 staff where playing instore to get my contract sorted with a really easy, renew/upgrade of a 2yr contract which the guy who eventually served me had no interest in. What's the point of your stores now?
