  @EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

  @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳
