    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    Hey @EE let us talk to a damn person on the phone instead of these stupid af text. One of the main reasons I'm thinking of leaving. You used to be able to get through to someone from ur mains in Newcastle quickly now its all these ****** text with ai.

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

    @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡
