  I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

  Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

  @EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve

  @Ofcom Not surprised to see @EE having the most complaints. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. BT used to be brilliant; then EE appeared, and it's been horrendous ever since.

  @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?
