  I rarely bring personal matters to this platform... But my 72 year-old mum Is being charged £500+ by @EE for a 2hr phone call to New York ...that she didn't make! That she has never made in 11 years of being their customer And refusing to refund her Abhorrent from @EE.

  @EE This takes me through to the same automated system. 1 for mobile phone and 2 for home broadband which my issue isn't either it's a gaming device purchased
