@EE hi **** heads, I've lost out on alot of money due to no Internet today I pay nearly 90 pounds a month on a phone contract so this doesn't happen an its still ****** to now how are you going to amend this ?

@EE all good and prompt to increase bills of customers will there be some sort of refund for the outage of network? I am still being charged for a sim card that was cancelled.... twice!
