@mouthwaite @EE EE SERVICE IS CRAP! been a business customer for 7 years, absolute rip can’t wait for the contracts to end so I can move everything away!!!!

  • melanie_bayley Melanie Bayley (@melanie_bayley) reported

@mouthwaite @EE All these companies are using COVID as an excuse to reduce staff. 12 months on they should have all sorted their systems out to give better customer service. Let’s keep people on furlough though and let someone else pick up the bill. Totally agree with you

  • SomersetProper1 Somerset Property Maintenance (@SomersetProper1) reported

@mouthwaite @EE I had the same problem I had 6 contracts out with EE for 15 years I thought I was a good customer they treated me like crap over a simple issue so I moved all six contracts to O2 who now look after me

  • Thetrut14038685 Thetruthseeker (@Thetrut14038685) reported

@EE Yeah, can you just fix it

  • JodieJayne4 Jodie Jayne (@JodieJayne4) reported

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Like everybody's customer service experience is the same. Like all the shops have the same people working in them. Like everyone's customer queries are the same. Get a grip.

  • Ndjeje42979882 Ndjeje (@Ndjeje42979882) reported

@mouthwaite @EE There's bigger problems in the world

  • AndyAndysmorgan Andy Morgan (@AndyAndysmorgan) reported from Welwyn Garden City, England

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately I'm having the same issues with O2, signal drops out in an area where I should get minimum 4g, they constantly double bill me, one for a number I've never had

  • WifiGoose Sarah Sayer (@WifiGoose) reported

@mouthwaite @EE O2 were good to me, ordered at 6pm Thursday and arrived at 10:30 am next day, maybe worth a change? Sorry, you’ve had bad service and hope it’s sorted.

  • cbr6dc Daniel Cannell (@cbr6dc) reported

@mouthwaite @EE FWIW @EE have always been decent value and decent service.

  • melanie_bayley Melanie Bayley (@melanie_bayley) reported

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Yes but why are less people working? Makes no sense and big companies hiding behind COVID. Keep staff on furlough so someone else pays them. No excuse for poor customer service and if anything it should be better now
