  @Samsung just got a new tablet via a contract with @EE and its asking me to scan a qr code, and I do not have one, and I cannot skip the screen either, how on earth am I supposed to use this tablet, when its stuck on this stupid scan qr code screen?!

  @EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.
