@EE The problem is you promise a great promotion, Samsung supposedly provide it - the product comes from a different tech company who use yodel to deliver. And when a mistake happens no one takes responsibility. The @EE customer suffers. Too many companies involved.

@garethwynhughes @EE M8ne has been horrendous the last week. Keep having text messages about the Llynipia mast. Surely we can claim some kind of compensation for paying hefty monthly bills and not getting the desired service.

@EE I applied for the product, @YodelOnline lost the parcel, I filled in a disclaimer form but @SamsungUk refuse to process it. This is after I’ve spent weeks webchatting and emailing both companies to resolve the issue, I’ve had zero support with this from either parties.

@stargateheaven @BailleyLouise @EE Looks like an update was pushed that never completed or wasn't complete. But that'll be your issue. Hence why I wanted kudos to the guy who problem solved with me. He went well beyond customer service.

@EE just had the worst customer service from you guys in the last few days. Been a customer for 8 years and been treated like crap on 3 different occasions. And thinking I was calling to upgrade my contract and move my wife from O2 to EE. Why do you do this to your customers???
