@EE They’ve been receiving letters saying they owe money from EE. They’ve written back asking for a break down of the outstanding balance and even sent a cheque in despite not knowing why they owe money and then they’ve had letters from arvato (debt collectors)

@EE so for 10 years EE has provided us with a signal box to boost our signal in our house. Now they’re discontinuing this service so we have to use Wi-Fi calling and that’s our virgin Wi-Fi we’ll be using but the issue is my iPhone is now looking for a signal that isn’t there so
