    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. ๐Ÿ˜ค Good luck!

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach Neighbour was connected via the post today we have now been told to cancel and re submit the order and have to wait yet again till it can be sorted after waiting two years the whole street has it apart from our property after being on the list two years !

    @EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all Iโ€™ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers

    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? Itโ€™s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    I love it when @EE need to send you a six digit code via SMS to your mobile when trying to connect to their public wifi - because you canโ€™t get a mobile signal. And you have 60 seconds. When youโ€™re in a queue at @SubwayUK becuase their app has logged you out for no reason. ๐Ÿ™„
