    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    @KevlarBrock @EE Best recommendation would be to speak to the exec advisor and see what resolution they can come up with, definitely try and get the product changed to a WiFi 7 router as that will resolve your issues 10x over

    @EE @EE Suppose I owed EE loads of money and I said this other person will pay off the debt for me, but they fail to do so? Would you think my debt is their responsibility, or mine? The gift cards are EE's responsibility, not some 3rd party.

    @EE I did call again and the woman said she'd send him a message to call me. That was over 3 hours ago. This was all about retaining me as a customer. Henry had an idea that he was going to check out and come back to me.

    @EE why is your roaming in Europe not working today ? I’ve called your service centre three times today. Wasted three hours and nothing was solved. I cannot make or receive calls. Disgraceful service.

    @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

    Anyone else got @ee broadband issues? I'm done with them. At one point is it a breech of contract so I can bin them off.
