@EE BT moved me to Fibre2 last night but the connection speed is still slower than with EE. I should never have let you persuade me to move to BT. All that's changed is the router and provider on my side.

@EE I think I’m still in the cooling off period. I’m going to cancel my broadband, current speeds are way too slow and the upgrade was supposed to be installed on the 8th and it wasn’t. There’s no way in hell I’m paying for non existent service.

@EE where to start! Number 1 mobile provider more like number one provider of ****! I can walk into your store get an upgrade of a phone that is worth over 1,500k without any ID yet when your system ***** up my Sim card that is worth £10, I need proof and identification! JOKERS

@EE I had super fibre kept dropping out all the time had over 20 engineers in a 2 yrs period.. I changed to bt fibre and no trouble since.. I was a customer for over 10 years.. Shocking customer service
