@EmMaria87 @EE I started out working in retail and most of my jobs have been customer related. I wouldn't dream of not taking a booked appt seriously. Not just that, turning away commission doesn't make sense

@EE signed up a week ago for sim only contract! Haven’t received my sim yet! Can’t even call you because I can’t find a number to call for non customer numbers since I haven’t received my customer number yet!!! Wtf!

@VodafoneUK I’m sure It won’t make a difference to you, but it does for me. So, just counting the last days of my contract with you and then off I go to @EE, @O2 or other company with better service and definitely a company I could trust

Interesting. My @EE PAYG sim which, I use as a backup in our rural area as all the networks are crap but in somewhat different spots, now works on wifi calling.

@EE I had a problem with my account, called your services and was made up with the level of service i got. Really nice lady to talk to who helped me with my problem i had with EE. Nice to have a call center based in England. If you want to DM me you can to give the lady praise.

@EE I was told i would get a call back tonight at 7 to sort out my daughters phone as the battery is playing up. Phone call never happened! not happy as it will be soon too late for me to do anything about this! shocking customer service
