@EE Hello EE. This month I had a nightmare upgrade with Rude and obnoxious staff and it took 6 calls to get it done. Then on delivery by DPD I was dragged by the delivery driver becase I refused to let him take a photo inside me garage. EE can't do what it wants on my property!

@EE This might be a stupid question, but I'm looking to upgrade to a sim only deal. When I put the deal in the basket it says underneath 'multi-sim'. I won't be paying two bills will I?

@EE really poor service for my trip to the USA. standard message on arrival says leave network selection to automatic, I did that! AT&T network issues apparently and now using T mobile as notified by customer service and that is even worse…I can’t even call you.

REALLY disappointed & now angry with ALL 3 of our telco providers @EE @VodafoneUK @virginmedia from overcharging through to shocking service - You are a joke! Any of you got a colleague who knows how to take ownership? We’ll stay with company who is first to fix - get in touch!

@EE I contacted you at 1658 to complain AGAIN about the crap 4G router but no one got back to me before you all went home at 2000. I’ve just rebooted it for about the 6th time today.

@EE Hi my mum has l hope successfully cancelled EE using web chat. She explained she has MND and can no longer speak and that it was terminal. The first response was to try and upsell her a data package and then trying to get her on Pay As You Go. Finally they agreed to cancel

@EE Is there a known issue with iPhone 13 and your 5G coverage? I don’t use it often but when I’m in a 5G area, data seems to just go dead. Anything I’m streaming stops and can take between 5 mins and an hour to work again. Why?
