@lucie_horne @EE Id seriously cancel and go elsewhere. Worst network I’ve ever had. Put their prices up almost 15% and I’m stuck in a 24 month contract until October 24!

@BTCare @EE Hi guys disappointed to be transferred from BT to EE with the lure of a price cut, only for EE to raise my price by 14% once the transfer was complete. Poor, underhand tactics to get people to switch.

@EE Happy Friday, I have FTTP with EE, paying for ultrafast 900mbps, I’m getting speeds of 90 / 100 / 180 / 230 at best - on wired gigabit Ethernet connection. Spoke to support, all set up apparently.. no further forward, considering leaving.. any more options available?

@EE Hi, just a question regarding 5G - I’ve had the iPhone 14 plus for a while now and live in a city, but I’ve never once had 5G? Why is this? All my settings seem to be correct as well

@JeffPovey2 @EE The shocking increase is on the device too! AFAIK their plans includes the cost to 'cover' the purchase of the device over the term. So why 14.4%+ on that too and not just on their 'service' part? Apple et al haven't increased their prices of 2 yr old phones. Care to explain @EE?
