Chaos across the board. Companies given up with customer service. So poor. @EE taking the p!ss. I have tried to return faulty device for weeks & stuck in a loop of 30mins on hold, speak to agent who doesn't do what say, call back & start process again. 3 times in 2 wks. Painful

@EE So if 2 thirds of men are mostly responsible for misogynistic behaviour, then the rest can be tarnished with the same brush. And yet women who are equally guilty can continue in the same way. Something very very wrong with that study! It is a problem that needs everyone to solve!
