    @EE what's wrong with the coverage in Ll54 ?? Max 7mbps on both my router and mobile . Media is unwatchable and my smart TV BUFFERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

    As I am having one of "those" days... a) Why does it take a GP 2 days to issue a prescription when the system was made digitial to "streamline" the service? b) @EE Have you any idea just how frustrating your diagnostic bots are when your issue does not fit a "box"?

    @EE why is it virtually impossible to actually speak to a human person instead of your crap bots!! You charge people a fortune for monthly line rental yet you can't actually be bothered to employ people customers can speak to!!

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

    @MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.

    @EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

    @EE your customer service is horrendous. I've had a complaint open for 6 weeks and everyone has been extremely unhelpful.

    Why is your app ****? It never works and shows lines that where disconnected years ago! Trying to gift my daughter some data but the app is just not happening? @EE
