@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE are an absolute disgrace. Phoned yesterday for an update on my new phone, was told i’d have it by the end of the day, phoned at 6pm and told was never getting it today and it would be here by Friday. Phoned back today as i need to know because I’m nightshift and told 15th Oct

@EE My lad is away at the moment and is struggling to watch Netflix with the WiFi so thought the add on may be better. But once I cancel it does everything Go back to what I had before.

@EE called EE as since 23.9 my phone hasn't been allowing me to call anyone properly,missed important calls, apparently is a problem in my area BL8 lancashire. I get updates but really desperate to get sorted. How long should it take to get the service back to what it should be..
