@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

@EE I spoke to several people at Goodwood who said the same thing. They either had full 5G signal and couldn’t make calls or use the internet, or they simply didn’t have any signal. Why?

@CotswoldLadyB @O2 We sacked off O2 on the outskirts of Worcester. It was truly pitiful. We had 2 painful years of truly abysmal service pretty much wherever we went. Went back to @EE hurrah

@EE Why are you so difficult to reach? Every time I call in, despite being asked to wait for ages, the call is suddenly ended! Please get in touch with me as I have no desire to accept your latest fee increase and will like to transfer my number to another service provider.

@EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.

@EE Can't reset my login password. I press the reset button, and you send me a pin. I enter that pin, and I get a page with no option on it to reset the password. And there's no one to talk to 😔

@EE Phone A346B not shown in diagnostic list! So phoned above number, automated call said, 'We'll send you a text so hang-up now!' No text received! To be honest, I'm too old to be faffing around; I'd rather pay off the rest of the contract and buy a new Samsung phone!
