@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE Hi Michael I saw your message and again last night I had to put the password in again on the phone for the wifi, it seems to happen a lot lately, it is a samsung Galaxy J3 Pro storage issues all the time due to app updates it wants, I will never have another samsung

@btbusinesscare surprise surprise our business to the premises broadband has a fault and again no one thinks to contact us. So poor @EE do you provide fibre broad band as @btbusinesscare are not great

@VodafoneUK All I hear is, not enough folk live there, we don't care about the area. Stupid companies, need to learn: If a tourist sees me on my mobile, esp if I'm on data & is amazed, I'll say to use @ThreeUK & @EE, not #Vodafone & consider contract swaps.

@EE you may be committed to excellent customer service but your shocking automated phone system says otherwise. How do you speak to a real person? Or don’t you want to talk to customers?

@EE waiting for a new phone to be delivered. Thought I would check my account and @EE is trying to charge me over £70 for a 20min phone call…. Time to cancel and find a new provider
