@EE Broadband has been absolutely shocking since we signed up with you. We were with Now TV before that and they were bad, but you lot have somehow managed to be worse. Constantly drops out, can't have more than a couple of devices on at a time. £27/month for this. Leaving ASAP

@EE yeah sorry about that , its been continuing for long the broadband at home , and i was considering of buying a TP-LINK to increase the speed - it only works efficiently when i am near the router but otherwise it continues to be slow - been with EE for a while now

@EE so disappointed, upgraded two phones today, got 2 OCs, tracked them, only one worked, when contacting EE an order got stuck, had I not chased only one order would have arrived... So please, can someone reconfirm both orders will be delivered Mon #help

@EE 2 hours today. My father is very ill, he is 81 years old and I have no handset, had to make the calls through the laptop. I am missing calls from the hospital for him. No redress for the unfit handset, no redress for the bad customer journey experience, just taking more

@EE battery blow up. Been trying to get an upgrade for the 6 weeks. Been misrepresented to, by two different sales agents, told that I had pay an early upgrade fee then told I did not have to. It's gone from bad to worse. Been on the phone for 4 hours yesterday and almost
