Tim Clay (@TimClay20) reported@EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.
