@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE can you help me please? Since I did new apple update on my iPhone 8,I’ve got no service phone keeps restarting abs saying no service apple said my phone was fine when they reset all settings yes fine for few hours then back to square one .. my phone was fine before update

@mattfrei @EE EE, in my experience too, are a rip-off. And any complaints procedure they offer will ultimately prove a waste of time. I hope you have better luck than I did - maybe being famous will help?

Spoken to Mickey from EE who said he would be able to help me when I wrote online about what happened with myself and my EE contract and as usuall the outcome was.... no help 🙄 Thanks @EE

@EE I ordered a new phone and am very disappointed that it has no plug charger, earphones and even the USB supplied is not a USB cable but has phone connection either end! I'd like to return please and cancel my contract.

@mattfrei @EE I have had the same problem. They are sat on £237 of my money that I've been trying to get back for two weeks. Hours spent on the phone. Not good enough. Hope you get it sorted. I'm currently on hold. Again.

Hi @EE I bought a 30gb data pack for my mifi device. When I'm connecting my phone and tablet it is saying connected with no Internet. Never had this problem before.
