@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE We’ve just had a power cut, so reliant on mobile signal to communicate. Except there was no EE signal. Now the power has come back on, & my EE signal has reappeared. Surely a mobile signal doesn’t go off in a power outage? Or does it? 🤔

@EE Kindly activate my line: 07405079270. It close to 48hours that I went to your Northampton service centre to swap from lyca to your service. I already received the bank confirmation from EE but the sim is yet to be activated. Kindly help, I have lost a lot of vital info since then

@EE hi, my I phone is broken , had an old one which worked for 20 hours and can’t ring anyone so need someone to ring me if poss as I think I’m overdue an upgrade but I’m needing a cheap plan ?? If not I can go elsewhere , anyway I can’t ring out so what do I do please , ta,jo

@EE Trying to get through to someone with an upgrade query. Ring 150. Automated message gives me some sales rubbish then hangs up after saying it'll send a text to allow me easier connection. Click the link in the text and it rings 150. WTF?
