@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE Having enormous issues topping up with a new card. Doing it by phone keeps getting cut off and whatever login I try online won’t let me link my mobile phone number.

I am definitely looking at changing mobile provider once my contract is up. Ever since I upgraded to unlimited data, I have issue after issue and no data... Thanks @EE

@EE hello, my sim card has stopped working on my phone of 2 years. It simply reads "no sim inserted". Can you advise how I can get help around this, please? I am unable to call your customer service helpline due to this issue.

@EE No. But it dropped shortly after an hour. My call was never life threatening, but if your network is cutting off calls to 111 you may be complicit in someone's recovery. You need to look into this. It's now in the public domain.

@EE well thank you very much EE, I’m a loyal mobile phone customer and want to cancel my 4G wifi contract as it doesn’t work in my area. Can’t get on social media, Netflix etc. been told cancel cost is £462 but will only cost £300 to let it run. Absolutely disgusting treatment

Hi @EE one of your agents in the alleged executive customer care team just called me rude and aggressive on the phone. Is that an appropriate way to speak to customers?

@EE I’m having extremely slow 4g in my area, often no internet connection at all, this morning and yesterday (sy16 1je area). Is there an issue with EE in this area?

@EE I’m in Chippenham and the 4g coverage is terrible and has been all day. It’s not the first time this has happened. It seems to be ok everywhere else. Can you give any idea of how long it’s going to be down? Cheers
