    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @ee I'm a year into 2 contracts with you, one for me and one for my son and signal quality in the area of Ormskirk School and Ormskirk Hospital is absolutely woeful. If it isn't improved we'll have no choice but to move networks.

    @tinamreynolds @Sarah111well @EE Not if the new tenants moved in before the end of the contract - although that would mean they were being paid twice for the same service at the same address so somebody should receive a refund.
