@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

If I moan about the @ee signal not being great next year and witter on about moving to o2 or something, someone slap me and remind me what a disaster that was. New iP13 Pro ordered and coming tomorrow from EE! 1 bar EE 4G = 5 bar of o2 4G!

@EE I have recently swapped to your network and the coverage within my house is terrible. I have turned on Wi-fi calling but this drops too. Can you help to boost the signal in any way?

@EE Hi EE, yes indeed. It’s full outage of my internet. Your team said it’s not EE where the fault originates. Neighbour on BT same issue- BT cabinet root cause. 4 days outage.
