@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE Can you just answer the question? Do EE phone broadband customers unexpectedly using an automated service saying press 1 if you are the account holder or 2 if you aren't? It's very much like a scamming call of some sort but nicely spoken.
