@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

Switching to @EE? worst thing ive ever done. Sent my phone to get a battery replacement, bc apparently its acceptable for the battery health to be 86% (not even had the phone for a year) and theyve not found anything because they cba to check the settings. Absolutely disgraceful

@EE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! My phone cannot get a signal and constantly drops calls it can’t even pick up 3G let alone five! Been on hold for 35 minutes and can’t even get to speak to anybody!!! Business customer absolutely furious 😡😡😡

Given up. Tried the process exactly as stated on the glossy package from @ee with another email address. It just doesn't work. Worst customer onboarding experience ever.
