@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE Yep, anyone who stumbles across my tweet having the same issue, uninstall the app then reinstall, something wrong with the update from EE where its not updating the installed app.

@EE getting ridiculous now how much your network is going down in my area...5 days and counting I've had almost no service. Yet your website keeps saying "will be fixed in 16 hours" Surely some kind of refund is due, especially as I've missed important calls I was waiting for 🤨

@EE No network outside; can’t send messages/use internet - only able to make phone calls, for 2 days now? Only able to use phone if indoors and connected to Wi-Fi. NE11 area!
