@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE I was charged £574.05 after being sold an unlimited plan — plus £25 for “overuse” I wasn’t warned about. My service is now suspended. My Smart Hybrid device never worked (no internet), and I couldn’t reach human support — just AI. No email, no help. Please respond ASAP

Anyone else having trouble with broadband @EE tonight?? Past few hours it’s saying internet is fine but it’s not working for tv or anything else? Comes back for a bit but has gone again! Can’t speak to anyone cause they are closed
