@BBCNews And that folks are part of the problem in this country. The idea of what constitutes being poor is misunderstood. Cheap mobile phone, Freeview TV, reliable car, all essential. Not latest iPhone, multiple channel streaming and new car.

@Tipler1983 Considering most people have sky, virgin, freeview & even the skullduggery of IPTV I doubt very much we'll have any broadcasting issues. Plus all shows are on their on demand services which are international
