Laura (@Gracie1982) reportedOur Sky box is dead. We’ve lost everything we had recorded or planned. We now have very slow freeview. It’s like we’re cave people - until Tuesday when our replacement arrives.

Allan Hawxby (@goldwinggl1500) reported@TalkTV tried watching on Freeview. Picture quality is terrible not clear at all. Sound quality is so bad and distorted. Can't watch it it's that bad.

𝚆𝚒𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚗 𝚃𝚎𝚡𝚊𝚜 (@WinstonTexas) reported@archers_fan2015 @BBCiPlayer I’m not sniffy about anyone’s telly choices just never get to see much of it myself. I think L sticks with Freeview and the BBC btw. I think she secretly fancies and admires Neil Oliver. #TheArchers

Richard D (@rchdnv) reportedHas anyone else solved the problem of watching @SkyArts on Samsung TV Plus? I'm starting to think that TV Plus ≠ Freeview is the problem.
-
Deborah Marshall 💙 (@deb_the_dj) reported from Sandiacre, England@ExmoorOn Never thought to ask to be honest. Luckily I can get Radio Northampton on Freeview so at least I can listen in.
-
Dave Pennington (@DavePennington) reported@MartinSLewis My 55" OLED TV costs 57p a year on Standby. Freeview box, 40p. Damn those pesky EU efficiency rules, saving me money! 🤔🇪🇺
-
Robert (@Robert07493164) reportedFrom June the 1st Freeview is switching off Now the cost of Living Now is the time to cancel your TV licence
-
Nisbet Bryce (@nisbetbryce) reported@BootstrapCook Sometimes. The cabling should work fine so long as the box and your TV have an HDMI port. Problem might be whether the Freeview signal in your area is strong enough to be picked up by a small aerial.

John Allison 🕴 (@badmachinery) reported@joelist This is very interesting. PBS have a UK Freeview channel so you'd think they could just show it there if they really wanted to, but they don't (and never have) owned the rights. I read that a lot of Sesame Street's income was from DVDs, and that has now vanished.
