@FreeviewAdvice Since they messed with the Stockland Hill transmitter my freeview barely works. Signal keeps going. I’ve retuned etc. Exeter EX4 area.

BT, Sky even freeview etc are. As such you need 100% surety of output. Clearly not the case. This should not happen EVER. You and everyone incl OFCOM know this. Terrible reputational impact.

I got a text to book my covid booster jab today and ignored it. But then I saw two army helicopters and now virgin media and freeview are down. Was this you @RAF_Luton ?

@DjDirtyDan87 @BenShoveller We simply switched to the old TV aerial on the freeview TV set. The premium TV is off for a few hours. If that is the worst that people are suffering then they are very lucky people. I always found Virgin Media service excellent.

@bobp1961 @virginmedia Zen, a dedicated broadband provider, superb. For TV just gone to a smart TV (with a couple of apps for the channels I want) and Freeview. VM costs were just frankly ridiculous and service problematic.

A really bad day for TV viewers - Virgin Media's TV service is still not back to normal following a nationwide outage. - On Freeview, in the London TV region, an issue affecting the D3&4 multiplex has resulted in disruption to some viewers.

@FreeviewAdvice I live in Hawkshead, near Ambleside in Cumbria. We have no Freeview reception at all, and haven't had for a couple of days. Can you help? Can't find any info as to whether there are some works going on. There is apparently a Hawkshead transmitter. Thanks.
