  @v8oholic @AdventuresVw @Roku I record everything using a freeview box so I can skip all the advert breaks, saves lots of time. My arerial is in my loft, but I have hardwired cat6 network sockets is all rooms too, which are more stable than WiFi.

  @TheStingisBack Last time I saw this film (Time After Time 1979) was in 1990's. Never shown on Freeview channels since then unfortunately!

  Worst case scenario on That's TV channels on Freeview I'm posting this because Freeview channel 75 That's Entertainment deadline is over and nothing been broadcasting yet the deadline was on Wednesday 22nd July 2026. Freeview channel 7 & 8 That's Local channels are not affected by this. All That's channels on Freeview will be removed from the EPG without notice.   @HisenseUK I bought a 55inch tv I had it for 23months all of a sudden I couldn’t get all freeview stations after 4 calls I was told it was my Ariel now I’m left with a heap of crap.

  @inghamjj55 @TheMekon_Venus I pay towards many services out of my tax that I don’t benefit from, but I’m ok doing it because it means others can benefit. Freeview is the biggest digital platform in the U.K. - used by a lot of peoole aged 60, a % of the licence fee helps maintain that service. 1/2

  @Selene_Mariposa The law says you need to be covered by a TV Licence to: watch or record TV on any channel - via any TV service (e.g. Sky or Freeview) or watch TV live on any streaming service On any device. You can opt out n if you don’t do the above. So it is not a tax for simply owning a TV

  @internetplague It was SUCH a big issue for me. Spent a lot of time fretting about it. Joined many ‘If this page gets 1 million likes, Sky Sports must keep SSN on Freeview’ pages.
