Bit slow off the mark with this one. Thought I'd fire up the FreeView sat box but NOT WORKING because in April 2025 (AKA 'just recently Mr. Kiwi 🙄) is dead will not talk to 'new satellite'. So much for watching winter Olympics.

@GBPolitcs Why is the BBC on Freeview?, it’s a free to watch service hence the name. But because the BBC use it they expect people to pay for a free service.

@Argos_Online Help, we bought a @HisenseUK TV completely miss-sold. While technically there is no 'fault', this TV does not work as described. You need an internet connection for their rip-off version of freeview. it doesn't say that in the description.

I bet the advertisers on #Freeview movie channels must be making a massive loss with all really old war and western films they put on but only all the actors dead most of the people that remember these films will be dead as well. Who the hell likes these **** old movies?

As reported by some other viewers, That's Oldies on Freeview (75) has already been off since Wednesday 18th February. Schedules are still being displayed, but no signal.

£40.50.. how do you justify raising it to £67 for exactly the same service?! I have been a Sky customer for years! I am so disappointed.. freeview it is.

@Bjarne147 It was included in the base Sky or Virgin package mate. So a subscription to Sky or Virgin needed to watch it at the rates they charge. It was never on Freeview as you claimed and it was never "free". Not sure why you are dying on this strange hill that it was free to watch.

@easternsparkle @Felstedboy We have Freesat, not Freeview, but can't you scroll down the TV guide to see where it is? I can on Freesat through my TV.
