  @InfiniRunner @thesimpsonRFC Football commentary is never online, as it says, due to licensing restrictions. Only radio or freeview for free, or paid something's through the clubs follow/in house media.

  @jaygrocott29 @DoctorWhoPN Wrong. The public service broadcasters are all gifted their spectrum and their advantageous position on the Freeview EPG. Road tax was abolished in 1937. Road building and maintenance is paid by general taxation. Revenue from VED just goes into the chancellor’s pot.

  @FreeviewAdvice Hi, for the last four days my Freeview TV reception has varied between NO SIGNAL and something of a picture on all channels but with massive pixelation and choppy sound, I currently have no signal. My postcode is WR8 0SJ I am on the Malvern transmitter.

  Going to my friends house who had Sky and I had channels 1-5. I was like damn my friends are rich! Freeview changed my life.

  @GBPolitcs Why should I pay a tax for a service I choose not to use? If I choose Sky, TNT, Paramount, Disney, Netflix ect. I pay for it. The ones I don’t pay for (Freeview services) are funded by advertising. Frankly the public funding for C4 should be revoked too.

  @JAMESRW1981 @SeddSezz I don't have any streaming services apart from Freeview play, all my lights are LED, I don't heat my house unless it's bitterly cold, I don't smoke, never have. I like a couple of beers after working 9-12 hrs a day. Hardly ever get takeaways or take the Mrs out for a meal.

  @Argos_Online Help, we bought a @HisenseUK TV completely miss-sold. While technically there is no 'fault', this TV does not work as described. You need an internet connection for their rip-off version of freeview. it doesn't say that in the description.
