@Stephen_Neal Good shout! If we just take the Freeview/Freesat ones, we get to ten, excluding the National ones: 1) BBC One 2) BBC Two 3) BBC Four 4) CBBC 5) CBeebies 6) BBC News 7) BBC Parliament 8) Dave 9) Drama 10) Yesterday But they aren’t licence fee funded, so don’t help the argument.

To be honest, when you've removed the dependency of other real time tv, i cant see many people chipping in. Many will be paying just to watch their subscription service or Freeview.

@PayneB44 @tomhfh @BBC Your point was you want a break from it. There’s 1000s of channels, Freeview, YouTube, Sky, NOWTV, Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, BRITBOX DVDs, Blu-rays. Boxsets. There’s never been so much content to take your mind off it. Or just turn the telly off.

@virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

@channel5_tv is the worst for catch up tv via your app or freeview. Just can’t find programmes sometimes. Trying to find Sally Lindsays posh sleepover. C4, itv and BBC never ever have a problem with. I give up with C5

@FreeviewAdvice Pity they weren't able to get on with the job sooner. Needs an inquiry into why Natural England/North York Moors National Park could delay it so long. This is an emergency situation for a lot of lonely people. I commend Arquiva/Freeview for putting up with red tape.

@jamiesmart That's maybe more unsettling than a ghost! About 10 years ago I would wake up every night at exactly 3am without fail. 3am being the devil's hour or something. Freaked me out after a month or so. Turned out the Freeview box updated and made a noise.

With fb etc down the bollocks known as goes wrong show is on BBC1. Ffs. How the actual **** does that shite get made? I don't have sky or netflix. I have "council" tv, freeview. A.k.a. free shite to view and having to pay tv licence for bollocks. Great stuff BBC.
