Mobile phone - can't they walk to the phone box on the corner that was disconnected five years ago. They think if you're poor you should suffer or not be poor.

Watching at about 4.35 pm on Monday 24th the Sky TV picture was completely lost from your channel and went off air. All other channels were fine. Also okay on Freeview but I missed the end of the film. At 4.48 pm it is still without a, signal. What's up?

The BBC should be removed from Freeview as it's pay TV. On sky & virgin the picture can be scrambled. People then should be free to watch any channel except the BBC without a licence

You note a few most reports but don't list all the areas affected, which include most of the country. No access to TV at all is most recorded complaint but many have total blackout. Make it work!
