The Silver Cloak (@TheSilverCloak) reported@jaygrocott29 @DoctorWhoPN Wrong. The public service broadcasters are all gifted their spectrum and their advantageous position on the Freeview EPG. Road tax was abolished in 1937. Road building and maintenance is paid by general taxation. Revenue from VED just goes into the chancellor’s pot.

The moderately far right 🏴 (@freefromwoke) reported@GBPolitcs Why should I pay a tax for a service I choose not to use? If I choose Sky, TNT, Paramount, Disney, Netflix ect. I pay for it. The ones I don’t pay for (Freeview services) are funded by advertising. Frankly the public funding for C4 should be revoked too.

No **** Sherlock, why should we phone in when you can’t be bothered to put us on the RADIO - just in case you don’t understand, Freeview is not available to most people who are not at home! Only 2 teams played

aimée 🇮🇪🇵🇸 (@sapphyreblayze) reported@trashage I used to hang out with these two girls whose grandmother lived a few doors up from me, and because they only had Freeview, I was repeatedly subjected to this because it was on one of the only two free kids channels... a special kind of torture.

🦔 Freda 🦔 (@freda646) reported@DameBucket @griffonline @A1an_M Not for iPlayer it hasn't. You already have to be logged in to use it and they could disable viewing of videos until the login was attached to a TV Licence. As for TV over the aerial, when they turn off Freeview it will all be IPlayer for BBC access.
