Ant brown (@AntBisexualant2) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I had to buy one of their Pucks because the Freeview signal was so bad. First one was broken but they still tried to blame my broadband, tried to get me to switch. told them I was locked into a 2 year deal. they shut up. Shop around.

x (@sk_tony) reported@Selene_Mariposa The law says you need to be covered by a TV Licence to: watch or record TV on any channel - via any TV service (e.g. Sky or Freeview) or watch TV live on any streaming service On any device. You can opt out n if you don’t do the above. So it is not a tax for simply owning a TV

Fibre streaming is great but usually behind “live”. 5G/4G/Starlink can work well, but depend more on signal, congestion and load.

Richard Kaye (@JRichardKaye) reported@v8oholic @AdventuresVw @Roku I record everything using a freeview box so I can skip all the advert breaks, saves lots of time. My arerial is in my loft, but I have hardwired cat6 network sockets is all rooms too, which are more stable than WiFi.
