@MrCoolHandLuke @PairoMayniaq @Telegraph Much of the country can't and will never get Freeview or full fibre broadband. In future it will be the same with 4G and 5G and whatever comes next.

Nooooo just lost our TV signal in the middle of @TheRepairShop Christmas programme. Freeview signal out across much of Cambs but until this minute we'd been ok. Thank heavens for iPlayer so we can see the rest later.

@B260Eb @AnnSkelly3 Cool , An elderly neighbor had same issue when she bought a TV with Freeview Inc , They installed it with Ariel to the TV not her Freeview box and she sat without TV for weeks thinking it was broken . Tbh they should've set this up for her when installing 👍

@jonny_b_badde @Nigel_Farage Don’t need to I haven’t watch @GBNEWS since it started I could ether watch on Freeview 236 or virgin 626 but done nether except I watch 50 seconds 25 on Freeview picture and sound was crap 💩 and virgin picture and sounds was very good but channel is bollocks all time crap 💩

@SooksThe @GBNEWS Deffo ,👍 we can get it on the main TV through virgin but can't watch on bedroom tv on freeview as signal is from a relay mast. Luckily it's a smart tv so can get YouTube. Great news.

@DeliaNGoG That is really low signal strength. Is this via an aerial or digitally? If an aerial looks like it's out of whack direction-wise. Had a storm? If using Freeview you probably will lose a lot if not got decent signal strength and only picking up from nearest transmitter.

@GMB can someone do a public service & inform the 75yr old pensioners if they don't watch BBC or Live TV(most TV's now have Freeview so catch up) they do NOT need to pay the TV licence. See MoneySavingExpert (Martin Lewis) website for how to stop licence. Don't need to phone BBC.

@3V3N1NGST4R Ah ok I guess that makes sense, I never had Netflix so that's probably why I never saw it, I was just stuck with an abundance of old DVDs and VHS tapes and freeview channels as a kid lol Most of it had TF somehow

@Chris_Ince The issue is they can only have 2 streams at any one time as part of their licensing deal. So better to have it on Red Button at all times than fill 2 main channels where other shows would usually be on. % without access to Freeview for red button channel is surely very small?
