@FreeviewAdvice Since they messed with the Stockland Hill transmitter my freeview barely works. Signal keeps going. I’ve retuned etc. Exeter EX4 area.

@Agar5588 @NadineDorries I think that's different to the satellite source being taken down. Sky or Freeview could have acted unilaterally to block broadcast, whereas satellite block removed the option

@Agar5588 @NadineDorries Isn't the Freeview a satellite relay broadcast though? I think RT is uploaded to satellite from Moscow, then downloaded to consumer satellite dishes and relay stations for terrestrial broadcast, e.g. via Freeview So removing from the satellite should also take down Freeview

@FredBasset9 @NadineDorries In WWII German broadcasts weren't being emitted by UK-based transmitters. Please don't tell me the RT Freeview signal you receive is coming from Moscow. It's coming from your local transmitter (in my case, Hannington).

The EU have managed to get RT off-air in the UK except for Freeview HD by removing the signal from the satellite uplink based in Luxembourg.

The RT chanell just became unavailable on my freeview set. If it didn't come back on air I'll cancel my TV license.

*RT (SD channel) was removed by Sky EPG before 12:45pm on March 2nd. Media Boy HQ will update this post when we get more information on Sky HD. Freeview, Freeview HD and Freesat removing RT from their network. Do not like this post as I will removed this post when I am updating
