@MiserygutsPetty Because of the temperature. Hot temps and high pressure will **** a Freeview signal without even buying it a drink first.

@Stuart_NashMP I understand you are in charge of Freeview. Just letting you know that I have an issue that a number of people are experiencing, but all communications with Freeview go into the void, I have msg'd them 4 times and called them 4 times. No response from any of them

@DianeHaywood71 I know. Our lounge TV doesn't work without WiFi as the internal freeview box dies ages ago and we have to use a firestick for that. It's never ending this no WiFi lark ... 🙄

@drmichaelhooper There used to be the freeview app to watch live tv but all the companies wanted their own apps. They started with no sign in, then facebook, then removing that to capture more.

@FreeviewAdvice Hi, I have not had Freeview for a a week now - no terrestrial tv at all. I have tried every day to retune - please advise what is happening and who I can report this to. I called the help number - as soon as I reported the problem the call was cut - no details taken!

@hitinman ALWAYS issues with Freeview, they just tell you to retune 3 or 4 times then say you equipment is at fault. Never their bad service!

@Stuart_NashMP Not only is the customer service rubbish, but the Freeview forums where there are messages about the issue from other people, Freeview seem to not care in the slightest. I am almost about to give up and flag free to air altogether. the news and shows I watch are unwatchable
