@scotthatley @a516digital @ukdtt Freeview is very poor under the relay service, if they decide to bring in an ip fallback option, that should be there first priority,

@GBNEWS The problem with being on Freeview is we need a licence to watch it and therefore have to fund the BBC.

  • dickiemint1 Dickie Mint (@dickiemint1) reported

@simesa @cleanfeed_ttvr Won't that HD service be online, though? No capacity on Freeview!

  • ByChrisSmith Chris Smith (@ByChrisSmith) reported

@Simon_OW Wasn't it terrible? It was like something you'd see on an obscure Freeview channel, not the platform with the biggest original content budget in the world.

@docjmt Thanks, we wondered about freesat because the problem we have with freeview is our signal comes from a secondary mast so can we only get the main TV channels like the ITV channels ,BBC ch4, ch5 & Film 4 most of the other freeview channels are unavailable .

@ClarNiUigin I wasn't sure how it worked on a free freeview box so was hoping it was a simple solution for you! Sometimes just a quick look can find these things. Glad it worked out

I have a contractor over to finally fix the aerial and the freeview coverage in the house. I offered him tea/coffee but he refused. I am not sure what I am supposed to do right now. The citizenship test did not prepare me for this.

  • a516digital Mike (ex-a516digital) (@a516digital) reported

BBC to "support the distribution of S4C services across multiple platforms". Adds weight to comment in BBC Three Public Interest Test about allocating bandwidth to S4C HD in Wales on Freeview.
