@MrAbelMagwitch A lot of University students also have access to "Box of Broadcasts" an online catchup service which can show tv programs from all the main freeview channels... they can stream BBC content on without needing a TV license.

Hi @itvstudios @channel5_tv @Channel4. What happened? Poor DVB signal yesterday then it stopped. Still no channels 3, 4 & 5 on freeview (ch26) today but HD is ok. LB of Havering isn’t the most difficult to broadcast to.

  • DaggerYorkshire C&B⚔ (@DaggerYorkshire) reported

@ch55648479 @MadRuberto_49 @BBCNews We're talking about the BBC. I pay to use the service and it didn't deliver for me. I'm unsure why Freeview is coming in to it.

@higginsdavidw #cblive and most Irish broadcasting is so utterly terrible and worse value for money I simply don't watch or listen. I watch UK Freeview TV. Irish presenters are overpaid amateurs and frequently I find the female presenters overly focusing on "girlie" issues. It's embarrassing

  • liarpoliticians Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticians) reported

@sunshineboy567 @talkRADIO Maybe the show we wanted to watch was on BBC1 / 2 / Four, and not the other hundred **** freeview channels?

  • SydneyCityTV SydneyCityTV (@SydneyCityTV) reported

@whophd @garethklose Yeah, the standard EIT (think I've got the technical term right there) 7 day EPG data is still being transmitted by all Australian networks last I checked. If the green button was a MHEG thing, then it was terminated on 24/11/2017 along with the rest of the Freeview EPG service.

  • BertieTheCat1 Bertie Cole (@BertieTheCat1) reported

@ghost_wales We`ve got freeview and a TV licence and that`s enough. Humum discovered Sky was crap nearly 20 years ago, still thinks the same !

  • batrobi Goingincognito 3.5% FBPE 🖤🇪🇺🇮🇹🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@batrobi) reported

@Philips Sorry. I’ve now arranged for the telly to be returned & refunded. As well as unresolved aspect ratio issue we found the sound to be unacceptable, & lagging when changing channels>guide>freeview also unacceptable. Our 10yr old samsung was performing way better before dying. Pity!

  • TheRoundhead42 John Harrison 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇬🇧 (@TheRoundhead42) reported

@Nettleshippy I don't know many people who only have four or five channels. In fact, I don't know any. Freeview has dozens. Licence payers don't get to dictate content; never have. It was one day. Making a formal complaint seems OTT

  • jonwensley Jon Wensley (@jonwensley) reported

@peakajy @DPJHodges BBC1 only had a 6% drop in viewing figures on Friday night. Amazing, considering it was just a one subject news broadcast. There are loads of options on Freeview. There is Netflix & Amazon Prime and even 📚 instead for those who “never watch the BBC anyway” for just a few hours.

  • christhejani Chris Lincoln (@christhejani) reported

@FreeviewAdvice hi I am getting no picture from Freeview on any channel just a message saying the receiver is not getting a signal or the signal is week
