@taneaspen I'll have you know I have never spent money to "see things" like that. You being born with bits and bobs doesn't really count as "Freeview".

@TDTV_Gaming The reason for the BBC losing the streaming business is coz you choose crap programs for us to watch! That goes for General TV programs including what we’re to watch on Freeview we’re fed up with watching repeats. This is Why people don’t want to pay for TV licenses!

@FreeviewAdvice JVC tv with freeview play is throwing up error FVP-300 on iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and My5. Have power cycled the TV and reset the wifi and still getting the error. Aerial is fine as live freeview channels still working, any idea how to fix this?

@a516digital @RedBeeMedia The problems caused by the fire system activation at Red Bee continue. Freeview Northeast England. Channel 4, occasional issues with ads and little continuity. E4, EPG wrong. Channel 5, Channel 5HD, 5Star, 5+1, 5Select, still running on backup.
-
Mike (ex-a516digital) (@a516digital) reported
After that flurry of activity, it seems reasonable to assume that Red Bee / Channel 4 still struggling with Freeview distribution in the regions. C4+1 in Midlands (not available on satellite) now repeating the errors of the past hour.
-
Mike (ex-a516digital) (@a516digital) reported
@StevenNT Strictly speaking, it's not C4's mess, it's Red Bee's issue! It appears it was on Freeview only. The assembling of the regionalised D3&4 multiplex is incredibly complex and unique. Channel 4 providing regional advertising does give ITV some competition.

@FreeviewTV @Paliakythro_ann @Film4 Freeview isn’t fit for purpose and never has been.

@TheWeegieDoctor Yeah, I do not miss that not coming off my pay every month. I tend to watch streaming stuff more often than live TV anyway, and you can get the More 4 and BBC apps and watch stuff. I just use the Apple TV for everything these days. Can't get a proper signal for the freeview here.
-
Gwyn Williams (@Gwyn_Dr) reported
@JBlairSco @eddsirr @S4C But it's not an "on-air" failure. It is an issue at a third party site when the multiplex signals for Freeview are encoded.
