@FreeviewAdvice Since they messed with the Stockland Hill transmitter my freeview barely works. Signal keeps going. I’ve retuned etc. Exeter EX4 area.

@JohnInAdelaide1 @xskinn They are in the UK. I just use streaming and catch up. Never watch freeview. Even with my streaming fees it is cheaper than the licence fee.

@Vanhalen20081 @russty_russ If you think it's bad on Freeview, it's probably worse on Sky and Virgin. When I look at the list of channels on my EPG, I can't help but think that some only exist for the sake of ad revenue.

@scott_gamer @russty_russ I'm guessing they would have sold generic DTT boxes for free-to-air digital TV. Top-Up TV used to be on Freeview. Unusually the ntl:digital text service still ran and provided listings for ITV Digital channels long after Freeview had replaced it.

@FreeviewAdvice 21:15 5th July, no Freeview service on my Smart TV. Error msg 'not available. Other streaming services (Youtube, Prime and Netflix) all operating perfectly so not a problem with internet connection
