@CraigS0309 I agree but they shouldn’t be taking new customers - fixing only. (Since they generally charged extra for this service). some people are a bit naive presuming everyone has access to Freeview

@CraigS0309 People are arguing about this very advice. Take a Sky engineer, if your Sky box or dish breaks. One person argued it shouldn’t be fixed & use Freeview. Problem with that for me is 1) I don’thave Freeview as no aerial and 2) I pay Sky extra to cover equipment

@goonerfm That's not an easy question to answer because it depends on your set-up. You'd need to give specific details on how the signal reaches your TV or if you have a TV with Freeview or Freesat included.
