Im not very happy with sky , wind knocked out dish so a week with no tv! Had to buy Freeview box , not happy. Don’t even start me on price hike or mobile issues and then there’s the broadband! Grrrrr

@FreeviewAdvice We have a relatively new television that, although we have retuned it, we do not get any main channels - BBC1 etc and several other channels. Could it be a receiver problem or a Freeview problem. Also takes ages to change channels. (Milton Keynes)

@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. I’m paying full price for freeview! I demand compensation and a quick resolve as this is just embarrassing for @bt_uk

@Notlazarus @ENG2Stars1Day @MarianneSansum Actually NO. If you pit aljazeera on ON THE HOUR ITS HEADLINE NEWS, YOU GET WORLWIDE NEWS. If you watch after 30 mins it then gives documentary type programs but really interesting. Stuff you should know but is never reported. 235 on freeview RT 233

@50dw50 Yeah, quite a few missing channels on freeview now. Fairly sure it’s an aerial issue but for how much actually watch freeview compared to streaming stuff doesn’t seem worth the expense of getting it changed.

@FreeviewTV have you got any problems at your end? For the past few days, from about 5pm the signal on all 3 of my freeview TVs has been very poor, jumpy and some channels not working at all. I've retuned them many times.

Cam is getting really depressing at the moment and im just trying to keep a positive attitude and hoping its just a patch of bad luck but its getting harder and harder to keep it going especially with freeview and low engagement right now 😢
