  • eugene_doherty Eugene Doherty (@eugene_doherty) reported

@haroldthimbleby Some years back when we had broadband I thought I'd have a look at freeview via aerial to save money but couldn't get a signal. Then when weeding one day I found a coiled up coax cable where next door had been working on their gutters, cut the cable and just decided to hide it.

  • portybella Dudley's Butler (@portybella) reported

@kendo491 Any streaming service provided it isn't "live streaming" Gave up TV license years ago Have Freeview Netflix Britbox Acorn Paramount + Prime IMDB etc I share my subscriptions with family as most will allow 5 profiles over 4 separate devices Splits the cost

  • Mathe_Musician MatheMusician (@Mathe_Musician) reported

@SorrelMayWood We take up the offer of 30 days free from time to time. Nice while it lasts, but as we usually joke that the Amazon order will arrive at least 3 days before it says it will, it never seems worth paying. (We wouldn't use the other features - way too much to watch on freeview.)

  • tracey_wicker Tracey Wicker (@tracey_wicker) reported

@ContactKingston @FreeviewTV @FreeviewAdvice Thank you for reply. I don’t know but freeview asked if there were any roadworks going on.. & there are others in KT2 that it’s affecting.. & no issues with Crystal Palace transmitter 🤔

  • FramptonRoz Roz Frampton (@FramptonRoz) reported

@BBC No, because we can't see anything! There have been so many Freeview outages, again today. We've had days & days of no service. Can't get terrestrial or other channels. The old TVs were far better in terms of reliability. Now, planes affect service, weather affects service, etc.

  • AlDumas6 AlDumas (@AlDumas6) reported

@MartinSLewis Don’t have any streaming services. I can watch a couple of hundred channels of utter crap on freeview/freesat or free online, or pay stupid money to watch several thousand channels of even more utter crap.

  • DaveLGilmore David Gilmore (@DaveLGilmore) reported

@TalkingPicsTV Please make an Xbox app for encore. It would compete me (terrible freeview reception means I can’t get the broadcast channel)

  • Sarah_Lady Sarah Lady💙 (@Sarah_Lady) reported

@BazTheHaff Yeah that’s the problem, we can’t usually get a picture properly with freeview so just stream all our telly through the apps.

  • BerniKennedy Bernardine Kennedy (Maxwell) (@BerniKennedy) reported

I'm getting twitchy already... neighbours have scaffolding all around their house and its totally taken down our #Sky signal. No TV. For at least four weeks. Even Freeview won't work. No Corrie. No Judge Judy. Nothing. #bereft #tvaddicted
