My complaints about the viewing and listening quality of GB NEWS seem to have fallen on ’deaf’ ears. I watch on Freeview 236 All the sounds including interviews and adverts are very quiet now I wonder if the problem is with the Freeview chanel?

  • ShazzaG8 Shazza G (@ShazzaG8) reported

@HarryyMUFC Hard to tell, the production levels are so bad it's barely audible on freeview 👍

  • escalera_adrian adrian1909 (@escalera_adrian) reported

@GBNEWS . Some suggestions. Dark studio. Sound issues. 3 minute news bulletin at top of the hour only. International news bulletin once or twice day. I only have Freeview so you need HD YouTube live feed ASAP. News APP. Better news website Other than that I like the new service

  • AndreaRice54 Lady Andrea (@AndreaRice54) reported

@GBNEWS Your sound issues are mostly sorted out here however the general volume is too low on my virgin media device I’ve got volume 50 most channels 25 is a bit high of normal on the Freeview device it’s on 40 where 15 would be normal

  • Nomaxone Nomaxone (@Nomaxone) reported

@abline11 @tompfoster @GBNEWS Problem seems to be with Freeview 236.... Picture and sound quality seems poor in comparison to the website and other Freeview channels. Must be something to do with choice of camera type not being compatible with 236

  • markvonrichards Marko Von Richards🤡 (@markvonrichards) reported

On a freeview HD channel. Just what kind of idiot buys from them to justify the waste of broadcast spectrum?

  • robertc77438249 robert charles (@robertc77438249) reported

@LarraineWright1 i watch it on the internet, cant get it on freeview, my signal is ****, its on the freeview menu though,

  • KrawiecRichard Richard Krawiec (@KrawiecRichard) reported

@GBNEWS Low sound and out of sync, dark (but better than yesterday), lowest resolution of any of the Freeview channels makes the viewing experience hard to enjoy.

  • banihwah Hugh P (@banihwah) reported

@gbnews Just a heads up, on Freeview your sound output is really low. If I hop between channels you are perhaps 25% down on the others.

  • GeoffTurner13 Geoff & Christine (@GeoffTurner13) reported

Started watching @GBNEWS shame that the sound on Freeview channel 236 is so poor.
