@did_40 @lomelindi12 Can you both listen to the repeat of Health Check on the World Service at 1.30pm online via smart speaker, sounds, on DAB, Freeview? A very big feature on MS which seems to offer hope and it does seem reliable what they talk about it.

@toryman1979 We use to have Sky but realised we were paying to watch advertising when we could get for free on FreeView. No point paying twice for the same crap!

@TheWestonMike @JohnJCrace @gordonrlove Ah, yeah you so need a license to watch Freesat or Freeview live. Not if you watch All4 though. That's a streaming service which you don't need a license for. My bad.

  • embee200 Mark Anthony Cameron 🇬🇧 (@embee200) reported

@VoiceofCal It's only if you watch or record live TV or watch anything on iPlayer which is the BBC's own video on demand service. This includes any channel broadcasting in the UK, Sky, freesat, even freeview tv-the channels preprogrammed into a TV when you buy it.

  • cmh0000 Christine (@cmh0000) reported

Anyone in Guernsey having problems with Freeview?

  • joonloons june lewins (@joonloons) reported

@basestacking Check Freeview for the terrestrial channels in your area, and retune a couple of times to see if you get more stations. I use a Humax and smart tv so I can record TV programmes, but you should be able to just plug it into your tv. I find non-HD progs get a better signal.

  • julianvallis Julian Vallis (@julianvallis) reported

Hey @ITV, this is your annual reminder to fix your @itvhub app to play any video at all on a Freeview Play TV (LG). Will uninstall for now.

  • Strawhat_Slime Tsuna_Dokkan (CEO of Tsuna) Reborn! Hiveleader (@Strawhat_Slime) reported

@crimsonalt122 @Zappy_Is_Happy Trust me I know, I grew up with only freeview, no Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon, only CBeebies, CBBC, CITV and Tiny Pop

  • sidcelery Sid Celery (@sidcelery) reported

@grahamefendle Also, Freeview is brilliant tbh. Pretty much the same as Virgin's basic package but without the porno and selling channels. Also allows me to delete channels such as that mongo GB News cuntery full of spastic propagandist gimps. **** them all. This is the way to go imo.
