@Matey30 @virginmedia Nothing less than I’ve come to expect from them. Service has been so bad which is why we’ve left their tv service. Had to keep the broadband for now due to limitations of other local providers. Now watching freeview…

@virginmedia Hi. As part of our broadband/phone package we have the small, internet connected, Freeview box. We have problems with the box. It regularly says that channels are not available despite them ok via app and has to be rebooted several times. Can we get replacement?

@QuestTV No transmission of Quest on Freeview 12. Have retuned the telly to no avail. Can pick up Quest plus 1 on Channel 70. No other Freeview channels affected. Is there a problem with Lincolnshire transmitter?
