@FreeviewAdvice Since they messed with the Stockland Hill transmitter my freeview barely works. Signal keeps going. I’ve retuned etc. Exeter EX4 area.

Hi @rmc47 - @melharbour suggested you might be able to help. Any ideas why a Freeview TV signal might disappear in the middle of the day? We've retuned, but it works fine until about 8.30am, then pixelated before finally displaying 'no signal' - so can't believe it's the tuning

…as well as numerous add on packages and this money is being completely wasted. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I have relied on now tv rather than freeview etc for television in my home and am now left with nothing even though I’m paying upwards of £25 a month.

@blujreviews I don't drink, I don't smoke, cook all my own food from basic ingredients, cut back on monthly payments (e.g basic phone package, only freeview TV). Savings mount up fast. Never spent money I didn't have - no credit.
