    @FreeviewAdvice Since they messed with the Stockland Hill transmitter my freeview barely works. Signal keeps going. I’ve retuned etc. Exeter EX4 area.

    @mark_simpson @jamesrhamilton @floongle Sorry to interrupt, but I was scratching my head for ages when I got my Samsung 4K TV. Apparently they reckon it's a feature for "upscaling" SD pictures on the built-in Freeview tuner.,without realising it makes some SD channels look even more bad than they normally are.

    @FreeviewAdvice no Freeview signal at all since lightning strike on nearby house Monday 28/6/21 at 2115 hrs RH20 1JQ any advice welcome. Retune does nothing to help.

    So you let me fill out the complaint form then conveniently wouldn't let me submit it. I've now cancelled membership and the @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp sticks are going in the bin. What's the point, may as well watch Freeview & ITV catch up. Did you intend to lose all your customers?!

    This morning our broadband got cut off because my bank updated my card details in the ‘TV’ slot, and not the ‘broadband’ slot of my ISP’s system. Apparently Manuel is running Santander and Baldrick is running my ISP. I don’t have a TV package. We never have 🙄 we use Freeview.
