@BoostTorbay @AndrewBrazier1 Never used the first two options. Very much old school. None of the fancy pants Sky or Virgin Media either. Just plain old Freeview for me

@Oldcynic9 I use freesat as we are in a rural area. Bought a recorder box at the same time. I would say it is as good as freeview service is in a built up area where you can get all the stations. Film choices leave a lot to be desired. I record the ones I fancy and watch them when I want.

@minxyme72 Don't watch terrestrial TV anymore, at worst may put something on freeview that I know that I want to watch, but that is very rare as 99.9% of it is total woke pc crap.

Has anyone else got the Apple TV. Connection for their TV? It’s a nightmare and the worst possible way to watch TV. EE have given up their excellent system so I has no choice. Talk about long winded routes to watch. Mostly we have gone back to Freeview in the TV.

@LGUK Sorry but its still disappointing, separate apps for each catch service is not user friendly hence the need for Freeview Play. It’s a kick in the teeth for those who have invested in your product, especially as your promoting new models with Freeview Play. We have been let down!!

@hhSonja I did a similar thing 10 years ago, when I bought my current house. I’ve since never missed any of Murdoch’s channels. Back then I just had the UK’s Freeview service, but later added Amazon Prime and Netflix.

@dedado6 @GBNEWS No, Freeview and Freesat are different. Freeview is a digital terrestrial service and is received via a TV aerial. Freesat is a satellite service and is received via a satellite dish. The channels are largely the same but there are differences.
