  @johnthejack Thanks. I was hoping they'd go back to it, but I figured they realised the graph was crap, and got rid of it. I used to have a box that recorded stuff, as well as a Sky dish that I just used for the equivalent of Freeview in the end, but the dish cable went iffy & by then...

  @MarnellRoi53898 @setantaspup Oh didn’t know that, guess you need a satellite or cable service to get it. Not available on Irish Freeview (Soarview) which makes sense. Would imagine a large %tage of Irish homes subscribe to a service that gives them access to the Beeb anyway.

  @virginmedia why is the sound so terrible tonight? I've been trying to watch Father Brown on U&Drama but it sounds like I'm watching underwater. If I switch over to Freely or Freeview then the sound is fine.

No **** Sherlock, why should we phone in when you can’t be bothered to put us on the RADIO - just in case you don’t understand, Freeview is not available to most people who are not at home!   @ChrisHazzardSF My understanding is that RTE services work on the Freeview platform via terrestrial signal deep beyond the boarder counties. With RTE themselves saying that the signal strength is high in the boarder region and moderate beyond

  Support @silvervoicesuk! "17 million people watch Freeview each week & 9 million rely solely on broadcast TV, more than half of whom are aged over 65. It would be cruel & irresponsible to force the most vulnerable households in the country to require an expensive broadband contract in order to continue watching TV." I agree. This group does great work! They also campaign to keep our fully reliable copper landlines, which will work in any electrical or internet outage unlike any other option.
