Darren Artley (@dazartley) reportedTV Licence: last time I checked, you couldn't watch TV without one (legally) and it was the only fee I paid for TV when I was younger. I had freeview, the fee may have funded the BBC, but it gave me access to so much more. Not bad value for me and I enjoy zero advert breaks.
