Can't get terrestrial or other channels. The old TVs were far better in terms of reliability. Now, planes affect service, weather affects service, etc.

This last fortnight or so, it hadn't worked most of the time. Most people don't report outages because they don't know where to do so &/or can't. Get sorted!

Sirius (@Clarkson1977) reported@BBC I have no internet at home, watch only what’s on Freeview, haven’t used the iPlayer in at least 3 years, don’t “listen again” and have never downloaded a podcast in my life. Yet I am expected to pay the same as somebody who uses all these aspects of your service?

Eugene Doherty (@eugene_doherty) reported@haroldthimbleby Some years back when we had broadband I thought I'd have a look at freeview via aerial to save money but couldn't get a signal. Then when weeding one day I found a coiled up coax cable where next door had been working on their gutters, cut the cable and just decided to hide it.
