@Thomoli @PhilipsCare_UK I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for same issue not worked for me since I bought my TV. I dont have an aeriel tho just satellite cable connected & internet but no catch up aps work or freeview

The Bilsdale Quarry temporary transmitter failed at just before 1:45pm this afternoon. Freeview is advising affected viewers to not retune. Normal service continues from relay transmitters in the area, which are using a satellite back-up to maintain services.

@a516digital At my place of work, there are 14 in my section, all have sky, some also have freeview but never watch it. 35 staff on day shift, 27 have sky 2 have virgin, but only 3 said they had freeview others were not sure? But it works.

The 80m temporary mast at Bilsdale has blown down. So no @Freeview. We did tell them it gets windy up there.

@Van7212 I did the same a while ago, much cheaper to get the streaming services you want and an excellent broadband service. The kids were fine, they never watch anything live. sky news etc are on freeview anyway.

@FreeviewAdvice Their helpline guy said that the issue might be with Freeview and that the mast was secure. I can get Free view from Eston Nab. Please between you get it sorted.

Unfortunately despite receiving notifications from you, and speaking to customer service this afternoon, according to Yodel they still have not received my V6 box from yourselves. Tbh I feel like giving up now, just remove the second box from my package, I’ll stick with freeview

@virginmedia Mine is still like watching freeview with low signal via indoor aerial. It's Kinda pissing me off can't watch anything as it's annoying. An yes I have rebooted an done a test on kit
