    @Thomoli @PhilipsCare_UK I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for same issue not worked for me since I bought my TV. I dont have an aeriel tho just satellite cable connected & internet but no catch up aps work or freeview

    @stephensaunt1 @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia You only get compensation for a complete outage. VM have put a couple of Freeview channels on to worm their way out of compensation. Very disingenuous company.

    @outsidewolves @computergeek06 that sounds utterly miserable, considering how much of a crapshoot freeview is. i would never ever pay for it

    On this day in 2012, S4C's original HD service "Clirlun" closed down. Its Freeview slot was taken over by C4 HD. In 2016, S4C relaunched its HD outlet, this time simply known as 'S4C HD'. The BBC Three consultation revealed S4C HD is earmarked for a return to Freeview soon.

    @cassyofLondon @njamurphy It's been happening most of this morning, losing certain freeview channels. Checked with neighbour, same issue. They must be working on the London transmitter. Would be nice if they could pre-warn us it is going to happen, rather than thinking there is something wrong at our end!

    VM TV is down, but internet still seems to work. So that's all the 'normal' channels even if you've got no TV aerial for FreeView. Relax people.

    @NicNic711 @VirginTV friends who had it & got rid of it last year. I have freeview & Amazon Prime, never had a problem.

    @Seons_Le @virginmedia Well we live in the first world bit hard to have 3rd world problems isn't it you clown we pay a fee we expect it to work if we don't pay a fee we get less than Freeview with a message telling us to pay on screen so why shouldn't we complain

    @virginmedia Tv and internet down in #Nottingham.. Their website is also down and not able to contact them by phone.. Thank goodness for #Freeview!
