    @Thomoli @PhilipsCare_UK I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for same issue not worked for me since I bought my TV. I dont have an aeriel tho just satellite cable connected & internet but no catch up aps work or freeview

    I 'upgraded' to Sky Q from my Sky HD box. Engineer comes out ' all good to go'. SkyQ box doesn't work. Sent new one. Doesn't work. Try to go back to my old sky HD box to at least get Freeview. Doesn't work anymore @SkyHelpTeam what an amazing job you've done ...

    @bt_uk Not a freeview issue. Picture is currently doing it and the Home menu is not viewable due to the distortion so unable to check signal strength. Plugged aerial in direct to TV and absolutely fine.

    @JHenryHardy @a516digital I honestly don't understand why anybody would watch the funeral coverage in ultra low resolution on the Sky owned Freeview channels rather than on BBC 1,2 or ITV (even in SD)

    @tweethue Hi Setup is Nvidia Shield and manhattan freeview connected to sync box HDMI 1 and 2. Sync box to Samsung q950a soundbar Soundbar to TV on ARC hdmi Problem - when I turn on the TV then the Shield or the manhattan, the syncbox states ‘no signal detected’.

    Abolish TV Tax, that's £13 per month into poor peoples' hands and there is plenty on Freeview. No excuse for Today and Sport presenters being made BBC millionairres #bbcaq

    @Chr1stop4 @skytv Yep. My Sky Q isn’t working. Been with 20+ years. Tried to phone 3 times now 55 min wait, 40 min wait and 45 mins tonight. It’s unacceptable. Next call will be to cancel, Freeview, Disney and Netflix will be fine for me since they can’t be bothered.

    Anyone having problems with Freeview. I can't see a thing on my Kogan. Streaming OK but Live TV app is unserviced. 2 yrs old Teĺly. Now a USA service mob has jumped in, Bet they want to charge. #Kogan after sales contact? Pls help
