@virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

@Mark56623345 @a516digital Bilsdale is a primary mast serving North Yorks, Teesside, Co. Durham and some of Tyne & Wear. Unless you can redirect your aerial and get a signal from Emley Moor or Pontop you’re stuffed for Freeview.

@f1redfive Hi Alex. Are all your Freeview channels off? I put Ch4 on 2.10pm to watch Countdown 🕛 & every channel No Signal ! so, tried switching TV off & on mains.. No Signal. Then got Freeview pocket TV out.. No Signal ! Luckily old Sky box in bedroom still shows free channels

Due to a fire at the Bilsdale transmitter, our local North Yorkshire DAB multiplex will have reduced coverage. The incident has affected all services from the transmitter including Freeview, local FM and national/local DAB.

@tompeck I'd sooner pay the licence fee than the rip off subscriptions of both Virgin and Sky It's amazing how a huge % of the defund the BBC brigade have no problem subscribing to TV and Broadband packages that charge you to send down freeview channels and charge you a phone line rental
