@SamsungUK I have a UE437U7020KXXU LCD and approx. 6 months ago Samsung TV Plus automatically installed and removed my Freeview channels. I managed to get rid of the channel but it keeps coming back like a bad smell every time I auto retune.

@dem_cath The TV's awful this year. We're all going through a rubbish time, TV should be a welcome distraction for a day or so, but they are just showing rubbish. I have freeview and it's all like this, sadly. I hope your book makes you smile.

@TailedFeature I usually just put on their website that im not using freeview and thats about it. It's bit annoying to do it every year, but so far had no issues.

@UKTVPlayHelp All the other streaming apps work ok, iPlayer, ITV X, All 4, My 5, aswell as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The problem is only with the Freeview Play platform.

@FreeviewTV, could you advise if there is an long term issue with freeview in the area of Surrey as it went down at 11am this morning, Christmas Day and it's not been working since #freeview
