@christop_hall @virginmedia Yes. Had Virgin cable TV for a number of years and enjoyed it but costs kept rising. When I reduced services the cost went up! So decided to cancel and just do Freeview. Then the real "leaving problems" began. Nightmare. Never regretted going though and Freeview is fine.

Yeah, FREEVIEW 702 is using old movie labels behind to ease the vision problems of 50-60 yr olds because they believe the **** confusing the prices of music videos did it without knowledge or care of their reason to do it and comparing stupidity with bands instead of themselves.

Hold on...is it me or have they made Non-HD channels terrible on purpose? Is it supposed to upsell everybody to get smart TVs and Freeview?

@SQR45 @FreeviewAdvice Hi Ian, sorry to hear you’re having issues with your TV! If using Freeview, could you please check ch. 27 and 44, as they are on the same service as us? If they are also missing, try giving the Freeview helpline a ring at 03456 505050. I hope you get back to watching TPTV ASAP!

@virginmedia tried to upgrade to one of ur TV packages but hopeless customer service and penalised for being an existing customer. £57 for basically what is freeview TV is a shameful price when it's on offer from £29 to new customers. I'll stick with my @amazonfiretv
