@101Maurice We get EE 4G but it's pretty patchy I live in a suburban area a couple of miles from Poole in Dorset and can't get a freeView signal so have to use Freesat....

@bobbert_ Full Sky Q except Sports & Kids, Netflix, Prime and Disney+! I initially got Sky as the Freeview signal was ****, but since then a masthead amp has been installed on the communal aerial so all good now. Think I prefer your idea of £11.99 a month, as I hardly watch any of it!

@grahamefendle Also, Freeview is brilliant tbh. Pretty much the same as Virgin's basic package but without the porno and selling channels. Also allows me to delete channels such as that mongo GB News cuntery full of spastic propagandist gimps. **** them all. This is the way to go imo.

@crimsonalt122 @Zappy_Is_Happy Trust me I know, I grew up with only freeview, no Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon, only CBeebies, CBBC, CITV and Tiny Pop

@TalkingPicsTV Hi! Has something happened to your signal from Crystal Palace on Freeview? I can’t receive you on channel 82 any more. Retuning didn’t help.

@toryman1979 We use to have Sky but realised we were paying to watch advertising when we could get for free on FreeView. No point paying twice for the same crap!

Peter H (@ProperChelsPete) reported
@BlueTinted_LB @sidcelery @grahamefendle HD channels on Freeview usually better than equivalent on Freesat as there’s no compression. (I always switch from satellite to freeview to watch stuff on bbc for this reason) *signal can degrade so depends on distance from transmitter and other disclaimers.

@DorsetCouple @desertcactus100 @BBCOne Watch UK freeview channel 66. Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).

@SimonJeremyMil1 @ThatsTVOfficial Same down in the South of Uk. We watch on satellite but would be handy to get it on freeview

Stuart (@StuartsVoices) reported
@jinxyjane1960 @BBCNews Incredibly naïve comment. I realise not everyone will see tough times, but this is going to cause all kinds of problems. Even me on my £8 mobile contract and Freeview. I don't see it as unpopular, I see it as something that has no idea what many will face.

@Andrea25079843 We default to Netflix on such occasions, for content. We also make extensive use of Freeview and iPlayer to serve we parents and our juniors' TV ration. I can't speak to what specific content floats your boat Andrea, but Netflix is our go to subscription and cancel service.
