@jaxlfc_jj @YaTerrynorris70 It’s not restricted to the BBC. If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

@chloesammike @andywigmore @KayBurley Don't worry you can still get Sky news on channel 132 on your Freeview box. Thick ****.....

@GBNEWS I don’t know if it’s been mentioned but I watched on Freeview last night and often the sound was out of synch when a person was talking. The 9:00pm show was worst hit. It may have been teething troubles & ok on other platforms. I’ll check again later to see how it looks.

@Juckylim @GBNEWS @virginmedia Same on freeview last night & this morning for me. I changed channel and back again. That seemed to fix it for me, but annoying nontheless.

@GBNEWS I'm watching on your freeview channel. There is still a voice delay since it launched last night and every guest on, the sound quality is really poor. Sadly have to switch off for a while as its annoying to watch.

Graham Lovelace (@glovelace) reported
@jennypriestley @GBNEWS Wonder if same issues on Freeview?
-
Liarpoliticians, UK has rogue Parliament+police (@liarpoliticians) reported
@Basil2744 @GBNEWS I can confirm that @GBNews has an audio problem. BBC Breakfast / BBC News average at about -6db, GB News is a lot lower (approx -10dB).. add to that problem, it is lower volume on Freeview than on Freesat in HD - I don't know why, they should be virtually the same. #GBNews

Howard Pitfield (@cue_em) reported
@GBNEWS lip-synch problems on Freeview...sound is way out. Can't watch until this is fixed.

-
A.G.W. 🇬🇧 (@agw1437) reported
@GBNEWS gen qu for techie types: Why is there a synchronisation problem from the studio but not on the live video links? I’m watching on freeview - does that make a difference? Very curious but keep it simple - I’m a historian not IT.

Rob Farmer (@VirtuaMcPolygon) reported
@jonhoneyball @afneil @GBNEWS Technically it's all a bit amateur hour. Terrible size ticker bar which covers far to much screen space. Hangs around to long full size, awful font size and dodgy design. Far to dark sets. Awful levels for sound. The Freeview feed is 10db to low compared to every other channel...

@mattthr The aerial to play Freeview might be an issue. I went with the Nvidia Shield however that is not cheap but does have expandable storage
