Mike (ex-a516digital) (@a516digital) reportedThe incident originally resulted in a Freeview multiplex configuration glitch when E4 was broadcast in place of S4C in Wales. During the last 24 hours, ITV and Channel 5 have been glitching in some regions while other services on the multiplex were fine.

Since then, on Freeview, services have been running on lower bitrates. On satellite, fixed bitrates have been used. Both contributing to picture issues.
