@jaxlfc_jj @YaTerrynorris70 It’s not restricted to the BBC. If you watch or record live TV on any channel - either through your TV or through a website - then you need a TV licence. This applies whether you receive Freesat, Freeview or a pay-TV service in your home, & whether or not you watch BBC channels.

@Ossyref I know but it’s not on Freeview. Not everyone has YouTube for TV or ability to watch on app. We ok as have Virgin but it’s still crap they ain’t showing it for others.

@SKYNZ have you changed your neon platform for streaming its gone very slow & clunky for menu and such, my freeview/netflix/prime/skysportnow all good just your ap. My previous subscription verging on ending, was keen on continuing but now?

@19mon86 Garbage isn’t it. It’s on par with local Freeview channels. Hearsay suggested that FSG were looking to copy Redsox model with the one stop shop idea. Whether it comes to fruition now is anyone’s guess but maybe the model doesn’t work in the European market bureaucracy.

So I've migrated to @ITVX from BritBoxUK to get more value for money. However, the UI seems very buggy on my Freeview Play TV and is very slow/ unresponsive on other devices. I also miss the Skip Intro feature. At least the contents should be the same, right @ITVXhelp ?

@IanRedman11 @FreeviewTV Exactly - and it didn't need to be that way - there could have been a plan from the moment the first HD service launched in 2010. Best option now might be a hard switchover (like France did) where Freeview SD basically closes one day and is replaced by a HD equivalent the next.

@hoolatv Uh... hello? BBC News and CBBC have changed transponders on satellite, and Quest moved multiplexes on Freeview, why have you still not fixed the issues? I have a bad feeling when BBC One and BBC Two move transponders you won't have it fixed in time, which is problematic.
