@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

Freeview were complying with legislation and thst I should try and use a booster aerial to try and pick up a signal from the Brechin transmittè 50 miles away I declined
