So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

@LesMalpas Could be transmitter issues. Sometimes, my Freeview goes wonky, and I have to retune because the signal has switched from South-East to South (and vice versa), but the transmission signals are very close. If you don't have a near alternative, you might need to just be patient.

@PBSAmerica just watching @DrJaninaRamirez on the Freeview play catch up service. I have noticed however, that the commercials are all in the wrong places, halfway through a sentence and on a couple of occasions halfway through a word. Any chance of looking at this? Thanks.

@westonfront It has recently been shown on That's TV (Channel 8 Freeview) and after 10 minutes I had had enough. What was funny and perhaps groundbreaking 50 years ago isn't now. Til Death Us Do Part on now and that's terrible now.

@SamsungUK I have a UE437U7020KXXU LCD and approx. 6 months ago Samsung TV Plus automatically installed and removed my Freeview channels. I managed to get rid of the channel but it keeps coming back like a bad smell every time I auto retune.

.@FreeviewTV @HumaxUK @ITVXhelp When I bought my Humax FVP5000T Freeview Play box it supported ITV Hub, but no longer does. My older Humax HDR Fox T2 long ago stopped supporting BBC Iplayer. Must I continually buy new kit or will you release a patch to support ITVX?

@micronautsFan @NoContextBrits To be fair up until about 20 years ago (roughly) we had 5 whole channels haha. When satellite TV came in then Freeview as I am sure you know, it all changed but we never had the US style 200+ cable channels until quite late on.

@UKTVPlayHelp All the other streaming apps work ok, iPlayer, ITV X, All 4, My 5, aswell as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The problem is only with the Freeview Play platform.
