So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

@JBlairSco @Gwyn_Dr @S4C It’s not a connection error or a broadcaster error- it’s an error by the company that broadcasts the Freeview multiplex. There is literally nothing S4C could have done themselves to fix it.

@Gwyn_Dr @eddsirr @S4C Freeview went down. S4Cs links in the event of failure are not the best to this platform. As the psb broadcaster they would be able to connect directly, as sat link up or ip to VM. Saying it’s on other platforms doesn’t work with psb media. Need to universal access

@NadineDorries I hope you are going to hold a public enquiry in to the lack of an emergency plan for the state broadcaster Channel 4. The channel is still down on Freeview HD after several hours, other broadcasters have been able to recover/switch locations. This is unacceptable

@4Viewers Hi has the technical issue that forced Channel4 off-air yesterday affected audio description? Just watching #FoxysFearless48Hours and there is no audio description despite it being listed as having AD. I double checked and AD is definitely enabled - watching on Freeview

More 4: if you're on Freeview, availability varies. It's still off air in some regions - i.e. you'll just see a logo top left. In other areas, it's back and earlier issues with poor picture quality are being resolved. Sat/cable viewers are already back to normal.

Why S4C has been affected on Freeview: S4C playout is at the new BBC Cymru Wales HQ in Cardiff. But the feed gets sent to London to be combined with Channel 4's Freeview service. The finished multiplex is sent to Welsh transmitters. The fire in London messed things up.

@FreeviewAdvice JVC tv with freeview play is throwing up error FVP-300 on iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and My5. Have power cycled the TV and reset the wifi and still getting the error. Aerial is fine as live freeview channels still working, any idea how to fix this?

@BBC The reason for the BBC losing the streaming business is coz you choose crap programs for us to watch! That goes for all General TV programs including what we’re to watch on Freeview we’re fed up with watching repeats. That’s Why people don’t want to pay for TV licenses!
