So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

The Belmont transmitter, which serves much of the region including Hull and surrounding areas, had planned engineering works during the week starting October 27, 2025. This could lead to signal disruptions.
