@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@TPTVEncore Hi folks. This may be a silly question but does the red button service work on a Freeview TV that isn't connected to wi-fi? My brother lives in north Wales and can get @TalkingPicsTV but has no wi-fi or even a landline. Should he be able to use the red button still?

@RosalynConnors @RodneyMarshall1 You tell me..I've had Freeview freeze and black out like a signal problem before, but this seemed to be a continuous freeze frame right after saying, "shoot the first man that moves" (like a prank) and then a smooth cut to the next scene.

If yours is connected to the internet and it still isn't working, please give the Freeview helpline a ring at 03456 505050 and they should be able to advise you further. @SkyHelpTeam Having trouble with my upstairs Sky box. Sounds coming on but screen is black. Nothing wrong with telly as I can get on Freeview and Netflix etc directly on the TV so it's definitely the Sky box. Any ideas?

@FreeviewAdvice @Becca5489 Its our Sky signal 2, both Sky & Freeview has no signal, im in a council flat & they r responsible for our TV signals, we think someone has cut the cables as my neighbours tv signals have gone too, ive called council & they are gona get someone out. My postcode is PO9 5HZ.
