Only reason I mentioned that song (Tarzan Boy) is because I've been watching a lot on NOW 80s on Freeview channel 83. I didn't realise that apart from some good songs, how much crap there was as well in the 80s 😂

@GaymerChat Yeah, I’m going to watch Stranger Things 4 then probably cancel. I’m tempted to cancel the package altogether and rely on Freeview and assorted streaming apps on the Apple TV. Maybe I’ll make a dent in my massive pile of unread books? (Spoiler: I will not…)

i did a freeview retune and now im getting liverpool tv instead of manchester and it sucks they dont do old style comedies like benny hill, hale and pace

@Kaaaaatie_x my parents have never had more than freeview and we didn’t get netflix/prime until i was probably about 14 - without cbeebies/cbbc i wouldn’t have been able to watch any kids shows before that :/ such a massive part of my childhood

Hopefully the Sue Gray report will be more Judge Judy than Punch and Judy. If she's bottled it then the best she can hope for in retirement is narrating Police Interceptors on 5star Freeview Channel 34. Which is actually not a bad gig in itself.

@blujreviews I don't drink, I don't smoke, cook all my own food from basic ingredients, cut back on monthly payments (e.g basic phone package, only freeview TV). Savings mount up fast. Never spent money I didn't have - no credit.

@wohyeah_wohyeah @SkyNews Stop showing endless repeats. Same with freeview where you get the same drama twice a day and reshown countless times or a reality programme from the year dot. Mind you when you had little choice of channel, programmes were far better as was children's TV which today is garbage.
