So he did not take any notice of the customer just to get me of the phone I want a new TV box sent out ASAP please I have paid now for two months with no TV I am on freeview that's working fine I had new airel and that fine And looking for Creadit on my account for this time

@BigJetTVLIVE I named 3 airlines on the above. Why say 10mins if you knew it wouldn’t be. You still don’t get the hang of it. Most of the times when I watch the freeview there are so many errors in it it’s unreal. If you didn’t have enough time then that’s bad planning on your side

@OwenJones84 I don’t normally agree with you flick through the channel on both virgin and Freeview sound quality is bad on both but picture is better on virgin BBC’s and sky much better than also including itv news witch make news for channel 4 /5& gmb itv breakfast all much better than gb 1/

1325. On a whim I looked at #GBNEWS on Freeview. The studio sound is still out-of-sync with the pictures. Oddly no problem on the ads. Amateur time.

@TomSykesMedia Sorry, tried watching Lunch 12-13:00, and a bit of Breakfast on Freeview Recorder. Looks like they have confused “Test” with “Launch” days? Technically very poor and unwatchable. See you later….. off to watch paint dry…..

@darkdwarf @GoldiLevels We've never had subscription tv. If you have a Freeview tuner it'll be there unless you manually edit the channel list. If you ditched watching tv altogether, I tip my hat to you.

@Rastech919 @markmaycot @GBNEWS Thank you, yes I got the channel but as I have no outside aerial some of my Freeview channels have no signal even with indoor aerial and this channel is one of them, sadly. Will just watch on their website, thank you anyway 👍

@GBNEWS Hi guys. Definite technical issues at the moment. Audio and video not in sync with varying degrees of separation and picture quality is not as expected on Freeview. External guest audio is almost inaudible. Just trying to help. You’ll get there 👍

@GBNEWS I'm really frustrated with the quality of sound on your output. It's crap! I watch on Freeview and the general audio is so quiet I have to double my usual TV volume and then many of your contributor's microphones are even worse. It is unwatchable, can you not sort it out?
