@valis64 @AndyWoodturner My mum's got a Sky Q box and has no clue how to use it apart from turning it on and flicking through the channels (not using the guide) ๐Ÿ™„ Problem is, she likes a lot of the Sky channels, otherwise I'd have had her back on Freeview by now.

@BBCStokeSport @GMcGarrySport @ThePeterMorse Listening to P&G and the bloke says that no Crewe fans have phoned in! No **** Sherlock, why should we phone in when you canโ€™t be bothered to put us on the RADIO - just in case you donโ€™t understand, Freeview is not available to most people who are not at home! Only 2 teams played

@BENEFITS_NEWS I don't understand what switching off Freeview does, except I assume forces people to pay for everything? We have an Amazon Fredrick thing but the channels are apps. It's crap half the TV channels you can't even get on it. Freeview is better.

@cmairsy @virginmedia Zen for internet - rock solid and great customer service, not that youโ€™ll need it. But after ditching Virgin we went down the freeview route, Iโ€™m afraid.

@Rothbury01669 This is a smart TV but I don't have Internet, never have, so the options are irrelevant. Just Freeview crap.

@iggy1966 @BENEFITS_NEWS They don't really, Chris... However the 'Freely' service currently being touted to replace Freeview in about 15 years time IS a streamed service which WILL be available via set top boxes/inbuilt IP provision in TV sets and probably an 'App'.

    **** all on Freeview...

@BENEFITS_NEWS Well for a start the Freeview service is guaranteed until at least 2034 and likely to be phased out over a period of time; unlikely before about 2040. 'Freely' is currently being touted as the IPTV replacement - From about ยฃ70 for a set-top box; this price will drop dramatically.

Only the Brits could reach the top tier of world ice hockey and then have literally zero channels bother showing their games. Proper GB support: โ€˜Weโ€™ll die on the beachesโ€ฆ but not on Freeview, mate. Just pay โ‚ฌ30 for the official stream like a proper mug.โ€™

@owenjonesjourno Ugh - daytime TV, there is nothing worse - apart from terrestrial TV in general :) What is there on Freeview to actually watch, anytime day or night? Just loads of channels showing endless ****.
