@happyborg @RadioTimes Yeh I find that freeview one is okay..just have to get used to a different site. I think that RT think I am on a mobile phone but I am on a HP laptop so swiping etc just doesn't work.

  • SnapeHugh hugbilly (@SnapeHugh) reported

@RadioTimes I have done that, but the site doesn't seem able to remember one's chosen service provider between visits. Despite my remaining logged in it always defaults back to "Popular Channels" rather than remembering that I had selected "Freeview" previously . . .

  • Sarah_binka1 Sarah (@Sarah_binka1) reported

@FreeviewAdvice we are having signal errors and the picture is jumping and sound cutting out of freeview channels. Is there a signal problem? Tw18 area

  • stevemelville83 steveratio (@stevemelville83) reported

@FreeviewAdvice I live in AL1 district of ST Albans and as of 20.30, 15/3/2022 we lost Freeview. We receive our signal from the Crystal Palace transmitter, do you know of any problems?

  • SnapeHugh hugbilly (@SnapeHugh) reported

@RadioTimes Thanks for the reply and I understand the intention. What is slightly more annoying is that the site no longer allows one to set a default service provider (i.e. Sky or Freesat.) I use Freeview and it used to be that once I'd selected that service as the provider the page would

  • CSI_Pete Pete Wright (@CSI_Pete) reported

@bt_uk Hi. If I cancel my BT TV, what services would the box be left with please. Just freeview and the recorder? Or completely nothing. Things getting too expensive. Thanks.

@Yekki_1 Use Freeview box with antenna where you can get a convenient signal and check the remote will work at that distance, then hdmi wireless extender to your TV. Not elegant though.

  • gardeninguy Guy Cook (@gardeninguy) reported

Pops has his TV back, and me turning Router off @ night, safety reasons, is the reason his box went wrong. It needs updating during night. Bloody stupid. My Freeview lets me know when I need to update. More electricity on, when not needed. Bills going up.

@pde62 @Bazza315 @AvonandsomerRob "I think charities should have the power to take away people's TV packages on pain of starvation, while the government - instead of them proper support - installs Freeview. Because my brain is mush and assume they don't have this already, but I want to punish the poor further"

  • MickeyMcCartney Michael McCartney (@MickeyMcCartney) reported

@StevenFlavell1 I've lost that channel the last time I did a retune of Freeview, signal is always very weak Oop North. BAH!
