Masterclass in customer service from @virginmedia 34 mins on the phone with Customer Services to downgrade part our package, ended up cancelling the lot. Oh hum back to Freeview and ADSL with a 5g backup.

@skytv @TalkTV Why is the picture and sound glitchy. The picture quality is great but it's just not playing correctly. Note... Rest of my channels are fine even CNN which in bad weather disappears 1st. Also freeview is working fine... Thank you.

@bbcmtd So Central News has been in HD on ITV for over two years - yet Midlands Today can’t be arsed to do the same! WHY? I watch everything in HD on Freeview and have to switch to crap SD to watch my local news!! WHAT IS GOING ON? Why should I pay the licence fee? ANSWERS PLS!

@Neverfadingwood @Thebubblegunman Me, not since around 1997 (a black and white portable). I suppose when I say I've never used Freeview that's not strictly true as I've seen it on other people's tv, but really don't have any sense of what is or isn't available on it.

@Jillian22Betsy never had a subscription. Don'r have sly, virgin, netflix or anything other than freeview. Cancelling my mobile phone contract & dropping out as much as possible.
