    @katelilyn @simonmayo Same issue here in Glesga. Resorted to app. Supposed to be able to get it on Freeview via TV. Kitchen TV rubbish sound quality, living room OK. At least app is more portable.

    @SarahFlann What do you mean by basic tv subs? I’m 30 and I’ve never paid for Sky or had anything more than freeview. But I have loads of streaming services. Like most of my generation, I believe!

    Continually frustrated by @TalkTalk and its inconsistent service and performance. Have today purchased a freeview recorder to replace their box and will be actively looking for new broadband provider.

    ITV is to close its SD service in the West Country for viewers with Sky or Freesat. West Country regional news will only be available in HD. There are no changes on Freeview or Virgin Media.

    @YoungmanMj @Owenins That's way beyond my technical expertise, and I would expect large swathes of England can pick-up S4C via Freeview anyway? S4C would be paying for broadcasting in Wales in any event, if they could afford it, and it's the spill over that would be the problem?

    @OldRoberts953 We very rarely watch BBC programmes- not much to interest us. It’s normally other freeview channels or at a stretch a subscription service.
