@nowtvhelp It’s ok they’ll tell to do the exact same things I’ve done already. It’s working now but for how long. And your live chat very rarely works. Or there’s a long wait to speak to someone. When the passes are finished I’ll just cancel and stick to freeview amazon prime and Netflix

@StevenEdginton @danwootton Freeview signal not very good on 236 - SD only. I have a Sky box, left by a previous occupant, and much better on 515 and in HD too. Suggest more bandwidth on Freeview, @GBNEWS. Broadcast a second or two behind on FV compared to Satellite. Content, however, excellent!

Trying to watch GB news on freeview, but it looks very poor quality photography even taking into account it is SD.

Watching #GBNews on FreeView 236 yesterday there was a slight delay between the sound and the picture. Hope they can fix that. Otherwise... Excellent.

@Patricia344130 For me, 1) Image seems a bit grainy on Freeview, isn't it in HD. 2) a few sound issues. 3) don't like the dark set used by @afneil it just looked very dated / amateurish. But it's the content that matters and so far so good. The teething issues will get sorted.

@GBNEWS need to get rid of black background, not only because it’s dreary as ****, but it encodes terribly on the low bitrate stream they’ve got on freeview. Also, there’s no contrast when everybody is wearing dark clothes.

@GBNEWS I just tried 515 on Sky and it's an HD channel, which means I, as a satellite dish customer, have to pay extra for. Tried retuning the freeview channels and there was no 216. Conspiracy theory anyone?

@GBNEWS Good start but you need to fix a couple of issues, most notably the image is too dark and the sound is too quiet. On freeview anyway.

@GBNEWS Hi GB News can you fix your Freeview Broadcast. The Sound is too quiet. Can you replace it with the HD broadcast?
