@oscarxray Oh god, I had the option to walk out but my level of offence froze me to the spot! We need to cancel all movies that I might flick through on sky and freeview in case I watch them and I am offended . God forbid they play blazing saddles!

  • dappernorman Norman aka Dapper Rapper (@dappernorman) reported

@TheSimonEvans What's interesting though is that Benny Hill was hounded out of town by us folk who thought ourselves 'right on' back then. 30 years later he's back on Freeview and - guess what - turns out some of it is awful a lot of it is surprisingly funny and creative.

@happysolderer @BBCNews Why didn’t you answer my question? Both freesat boxes and satellite dish installations are expensive. Also Freeview and Freesat boxes have incredibly low power cost. Its around £17 over the course of a year. What you said came across as a sly dig at the poor. But do carry on

  • rasiron Rachel Saville 💙 (@rasiron) reported

@rreczulski @mrwilmore18 Thanks but I don’t have Freeview, signal not strong enough, always had to rely on a satellite signal. I get a few radio channels with sky but not Humberside.

  • mrwilmore18 Neal 🌎 (@mrwilmore18) reported

@rreczulski @rasiron Freeview channel 721 is BBC Leicester where I live so fully rely on BBC Sport commentary. I suspect many others who live away from the region have the same issue.

  • Irr_Orbit Andrew S.🇪🇺💙#FBPE (@Irr_Orbit) reported

Can anyone explain to me the point of #ITV4+1 on #Freeview? It never seems to broadcast. Just a waste of bandwidth. #ITV

  • markvonrichards Marko Von Richards🤡 (@markvonrichards) reported

Still find it horrendous that @bbcthree has HD on freeview to show Ru WTF Drag Race but a proper service like @BBCFOUR4 is demoted to SD and ready to be dropped? How many licence fee payers actually watch the shite they put out on @bbcthree

  • MolloyLaurence Laurence Molloy (@MolloyLaurence) reported

Edinburgh tweeps: Has anyone been experiencing Freeview ITV & Ch4 issues since yesterday's rain shower? Our signal deteriorated the moment the heavens opened yesterday and it's still flaky today. I note no obvious issues on downdetector etc. (though issues were noted yesterday)
