@StarchyMarchy @LeeMcilwaine @BBCTwo No, poor freeview signal Tim. Same on every setting.

  • mj_symonds Max the prettyboy (@mj_symonds) reported from Bristol, England

I pay license fee pretty much entirely because of how good BBC Four is. It is one of the best channels on television (or at least on Freeview, I can't speak for paid) so to axe it would be a terrible shame. #LoveBBCFour please Auntie Been don't kill your best child.

  • Hillchaser Bas (@Hillchaser) reported from Bristol, England

@DonnaB5125 @my90dayfatloss @Kkaiserrr @Mr_W_Carpenter Something to do with latest updates on Netflicks & freeview not working on some samsung tvs

  • DigitalJonathan Jonathan Phillips (@DigitalJonathan) reported from Bristol, England

@LeeMcilwaine @corylus @BBCSport You’ll never believe it Lee, but you’re wrong. The signal is being cropped on this freeview signal. Cropped on every picture aspect.

  • carkdale Eastville Gas 1️⃣8️⃣8️⃣3️⃣ (@carkdale) reported from Bristol, England

@cleanfeed_ttvr I hope that ITV West Country HD is a priority. 🤞 Freeview 103 currently shows Central West, right down to Penzance. Even if it was just the "HTV" variant carried pan-regionally, that would at least be "less wrong" for Devon & Cornwall than news about Brum, Stoke-on-Trent etc.

  • KKMUFC2020 Kyri (@KKMUFC2020) reported

@Wheely73 @bendirs1 Of course...if you have sky or wherever. I read somewhere that the majority of homes in UK don’t even have freeview, never mind sky/cable. What about those folks?

  • spazhammer ⓦⒶⓃⓨⓔ the cotton headed ninnymuggins (@spazhammer) reported

... plus I get to watch the home highlights/finest TV available (plus some garbage/filler I still enjoy!) Instead of watching what's available on virgin/sky/Freeview, I get to choose whatever when I want. I don't get why others haven't. Other than technical skills/knowledge

  • wirvine56 William Irvine (@wirvine56) reported

@janicecelticsmp @micheloola 1 of the apps ive got, you can download freeview channels. the catch is you have to log/sign in, thats b/c bbc is included. you cannot get all these freeview channels only b/c of the bbc. you should have a option to delete the bbc from the list.

  • graham_jbramley graham j bramley 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 (@graham_jbramley) reported

Why did #BBC cancel their whole entertainment channels' schedules for Phillip on Friday? All viewers including freeview have access to News24 which is unashamedly loaded with fear and agendas. I thought the remit included entertainment at all times?

  • Candidfloss Candidfloss (@Candidfloss) reported

Is anyone else having reception problems on #SkyArts (Freeview 11)? It’s really spoiling the music!

  • Porky12280110 Porky (@Porky12280110) reported

@JamesMills1984 @DuncanWeldon Come on James Mills haven't you heard of Freeview. ? Also I used to visit people who were apparently poor on social security benefit but they could still afford Sky subscription?

  • DecAppear Dylan Canning (@DecAppear) reported

@rtenews Plenty of alternative channels on the UK freeview service, for anyone who's not interested.

  • gildy61 Random Jottings of Gildersleeve (@gildy61) reported

@CardozoAth @SteelDalek1 But they have a 24 hour dedicated news channel broadcasting on Freeview. Freesat. Sky's platform and the internet so people could watch that. But to be sure you can't escape they close down their other TV networks or relay the same output across them all.

  • jonwensley Jon Wensley (@jonwensley) reported

@peakajy @DPJHodges BBC1 only had a 6% drop in viewing figures on Friday night. Amazing, considering it was just a one subject news broadcast. There are loads of options on Freeview. There is Netflix & Amazon Prime and even 📚 instead for those who “never watch the BBC anyway” for just a few hours.

  • RAF_Vinny RAF Vinny (@RAF_Vinny) reported

@Macsgfbaker 100 channels on freeview, noone has traditional terrestrial TV anymore, shut down years ago. Most people moaning would never watch BBC live anyway, like you point out....its 5 channels only, oh and only 3 shopping channels out of that 100
